Seth Foster, 23, said he found his family garage in disarray last summer and sent his dog in the building to investigate. Grizz, a blue heeler, returned with the culprit, a young raccoon. As two teenage boys watched, one of them filming its actions with a cell phone, Grizz killed the coon, Foster said. Now, Foster is facing a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty resulting in death, which is punishable by a maximum of 90 days in jail and a $500 fine. New York - A Canadian man helped a terror network carry out bombings in Iraq that killed five U.S. soldiers and numerous Iraqi citizens, New York authorities said Wednesday. They said he even tried to become a suicide bomber. Faruq Khalil Muhammad 'Isa is charged in Brooklyn in a truck bomb attack outside U.S. base in Mosul, Iraq, on April 10. Five American soldiers were killed. Muhammad was arrested in Edmonton, Alberta, on Wednesday, authorities said. The network allegedly used Tunisian radicals to help carry out bombings. A second attack at an Iraqi police station killed seven Iraqis, prosecutors said.

A gun-wielding man wearing a Hillary Clinton mask robbed a Sterling bank on Dec. 27, authorities said. The man walked into the Wachovia bank in Community Plaza about 9:14 a.m., approached a teller, brandished a firearm and demanded cash, according to Loudoun County sheriff’s office reports. The robber then fled the bank in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported, according to Kraig Troxell, spokesman for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. A South Carolina man has been arrested for threatening to want to kill President Obama for not doing enough to help out black people. Michael Stephen Bowden was arrested just last week for saying that he would want to shoot Obama if he could get Obama up against a wall.
