Ten people will be arrested on hazing charges in the death of a Louisiana State University fraternity pledge after a night of drinking, LSU officials said Wednesday. BATON ROUGE – A man has been indicted for the abduction of a woman near a sorority house on LSU's campus. According to court documents, Frank Herrera was indicted on charges of second degree kidnapping, armed robbery and aggravated rape. "Currently, Mike's attitude and demeanor are unchanged, and he does not appear to be in pain," LSU said.
