SIERRA VISTA — Fort Huachuca will see a reduction of about 114 soldiers from its active duty population over the course of the next three years as part of an Army-wide reduction of 40,000 soldiers and 17,000 civilian employee personnel announced by the Department of the Army on Thursday.
