FORT HUACHUCA — The annual protest of this Army post will take place from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, across the street from the Main Gate. Because of the protest, which alleges torture is taught at the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, the gate will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., a post spokeswoman said.
