Here is video of Physics expert Michio Kaku on “The Today Show” where he explained the current attempt by BP to stop the flow of oil from the broken pipe at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. The current plan is to “cut and cap” – cut the pipe off cleanly and then cap it to capture the flowing oil.
