As governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin "demonstrated many of the qualities we expect in our best leaders," The Atlantic's Joshua Green reports in a must-read story. "She set aside private concerns for the greater good, forgoing a focus on social issues to confront the great problem plaguing Alaska, its corrupt oil-and-gas politics. She did this in a way that seems wildly out of character today -- by cooperating with Democrats and moderate Republicans to raise taxes on Big Business. "After making the case, Green then asks, "What happened to Sarah Palin?"And: "How did a popular, reformist governor beloved by Democrats...

I will go to hell and back for Sarah Palin, literally. Why? Because this woman loves America as much as I do. She wakes up everyday, works hard, and does her best to do what is right for America and her family. She is truly an eloquent, inspirational person that conveys the greatness of America and displays dutiful American exceptionalism. Though extraneous, the Liberal mainstream media despises Palin because she isn’t afraid to speak out and express her concerns with the direction this country is taking. She has the efficacy, the influence, and a spine that’s built of steel. Even...

Thank you! Such an honor! I appreciate getting to see some of your magnificent city - this is 1st time here & I sincerely hope it won't be my last! During my brief time here I've enjoyed India's famous "Gift for Hospitality." And next time, I want to visit the Taj Mahal with my husband, Todd. Considering how patiently he's endured during my political career & been so supportive, it would be nice to reinforce our teamwork/commitment before that monument to eternal love. Todd is here with us tonight. When I had the honour of meeting your Prime Minister a...

This evening, Bill O’Reilly took a shot at Governor Palin on his show regarding the last interview he conducted with her. If you recall, the governor rightly put an end to O’Reilly’s annoying habit of interruption, by reminding him that he was indeed interrupting her. As you can imagine, Bill’s ego suffered a bit of a bruising from the governor’s action. On tonight’s episode of The O’Reilly Factor, Bill spoke with Chis Wallace to make himself feel better about it all. He compared his behavior as a media personality, with that of Chris Wallace, stating that it is mandatory for...

As 2012 approaches, the State of the Union is grave indeed. Our economy is principally threatened by an explosion of federal spending which, if left unchecked, will bury us all in a red inked sea of hyper-inflation, chronic double digit unemployment and shortages. The America we grew up in will cease to exist. Two things seem to me to be essential: 1) A leader with a steel spine who is both principled and fearless in attacking the Leviathan and all its shibboleths; and 2) A platform, a mandate and policies that will both starve and neuter the federal government. In...

It does appear that former governor and GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah “you betcha” Palin will be throwing her beauty pageant sash into the presidential ring. She has added veteran Republican strategist Michael Glassner to serve as chief-of-staff for her political action committee, Sarah PAC, and steer her political operation. For the political insiders this is the strongest indication yet that Sarah Palin is seriously laying the groundwork for a serious bid for the white house. Unfortunately, she is probably the most disastrous of the current crop of possible GOP hopefuls and in my humble opinion would stand absolutely no...

In the last several months, Politics Daily has learned that the Palin family lawyer, Alaska attorney Thomas Van Flein, has filed applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to trademark “Sarah Palin®” and “Bristol Palin®.” According to patent office application (serial # 85170226), Van Flein registered for a trademark of “Sarah Palin” on Nov. 5, 2010 — three days after the midterm elections. The government trademark examining attorney has “found no conflicting marks that would bar registration.” In other words, nobody else had already taken the proposed trademark. A “Bristol Palin” application (serial #85130638) was filed on Sept....
