Three men arrested Wednesday were preparing to build improvised explosive devices for attacks within Canada, police say. They were also raising money to fund improvised explosive device, or IED, attacks on Canadian troops in Afghanistan, RCMP chief superintendent Serge Therriault said Thursday at a news conference in Ottawa.
