BALTIMORE — A jury has convicted a couple on trial for the killing of a Baltimore bartender. Marquese Winston was found guilty on second-degree murder and four handgun charges. Tonya Hayes guilty on just two handgun counts. They faced 22 different charges. The jurors declined to agree to a first-degree murder charge for Winston. They spent nine hours deliberating over three days. "My client was found guilty of two counts of handgun possession, and that's all I'm going to say at this point out of respect for the family," said Natalie Finegar, Hayes' attorney.
