The prospect of 15 new judges in Inland courtrooms by July was thrown into limbo Thursday because of a disagreement between the Assembly's top Democrat and Gov. Schwarzenegger over judicial appointments. Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, D-Los Angeles, reduced from 50 to 25 the number of new judgeships to be allocated statewide in a bill that passed the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
