Judge Jeanine brings up some excellent points. No way could Hillary have been asked by the FBI if she had sent classified info. They already knew she had, so a "No" answer would be criminal. A "Yes" answer would've been even more criminal.

Judge Jeanine Pirro got emotional this morning after the tragic situation with the Dallas Police department that saw snipers shoot 12 police officers, killing five. Judge Jeanine Pirro reacted this morning to the news that Attorney General Loretta Lynch will defer to non-political subordinates on whether to bring charges against Hillary Clinton over her private email server. The expected announcement comes after Lynch met privately with former president Bill Clinton, widely seen as a potential conflict of interest in the case.
