<p>A Florida teenager could face felony vandalism charges for allegedly gluing posters depicting President Obama as the Joker onto public property, FOXNews.com has learned.</p> <p>Clermont, Fla., Police Capt. Eric Jensen said the state attorney will review evidence to determine whether to charge the unidentified teenager with gluing "dozens" of the posters last week to the city's light poles, public and private buildings, bridge overpasses, road signs and a mailbox.</p>

<p>CHINA GROVE -- Images of President Obama’s face in makeup similar to The Joker in the Batman movie "The Dark Knight" began appearing on flyers posted on telephone poles along Main Street and in surrounding neighborhoods early Tuesday morning.</p> <p>One viewer, who asked not to be identified, told WCNC-TV she was offended by the posters and began removing them from the poles.</p>

When cryptic posters portraying President Obama as the Joker from "Batman" began popping up around Los Angeles and other cities, the question many asked was, Who is behind the image? Was it an ultra-conservative grassroots group or a disgruntled street artist going against the grain? Nope, it turns out, just a 20-year-old college student from Chicago.

According to MSNBC, LA Weekly, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Washington Post, the mystery artist who created the sensational Obama Joker image was a closet hood-wearing Darth Cheney-like Klansman. How about a young Palestinian-American Kucinich fan?

The identity of the creator of the "Obama as Joker" image has been uncovered, as the Los Angeles Times reports. He is a Palestinian-American named Firas Alkhateeb, from Obama's hometown of Chicago, who prefers Dennis Kucinich for President! The Mainstream Media had stoked all kinds of speculation that the creator of the photo had some kind of racial motivation. It will be hard for them to make that case now. The identity of the person or persons who placed several pictures of Alkhateeb's creation around Los Angeles is still unkown.

CLERMONT, Fla. -- More posters are popping up around Clermont showing President Barack Obama painted to look like the Joker. Police say they now know who put up some of them and the State Attorney's Office is investigating whether he actually did anything illegal. The city of Clermont says it does have to use resources to come out and scrape the signs off, but as soon as they do they pop up on another street corner. "You got all these here, then you have some that are down by the 7-Eleven," resident Scott Campbell said.

Early last week I posted a brief blog noting the appearance of those "Obama Socialism" posters, in which the president's face is made up to resemble Heath Ledger's Joker character from The Dark Knight.
