DOVER — A journalist/activist who authored a book he claims exposes the secrets of President George W. Bush and his family will speak at the Dover Public Library on Tuesday. The National Truth Tour of John Buchanan, based on his book "Fixing America", will detail present-day Bush family war profiteering and his allegiance to corporate lobbyists.
