In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine. By chance, they discovered the library's oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment's language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this "missing" 13th Amendment was to prohibit...

“Thought crime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for awhile…but sooner or later they were bound to get you.” George Orwell, 1984 “The fact is we are witnessing an all-out drive to impose thought control that seeks to ban the ability—the right—to think or speak for one’s self. Thinking is becoming a crime.” (Globally Acceptable Truth and the Crime of Thinking, Tom DeWeese, Address to the 10th Annual Freedom 21 Conference, 10/16/09) In an article entitled “Dems Undermine Free Speech in Hate Crimes Ploy,” the Washington Examiner exposes the insidious machinations of House...

For approximately 50 some odd years the US had a different 13th amendment than what is currently listed today. Someone would be hard pressed to say the original 13th was never ratified after reading through the historical documents, pictures, and records contained on this site. It passed the Senate on April 27th 1810 by a vote of 26 to 1. It passed the House on May 1st by a vote of 87-3. The 13th’s official ratification date is March 12th, 1819. Virginia was the last state required to ratify it. A good place to start is with the chronology link...

Plaintiffs charge Violations of Separation of Powers, Checks and Balances, and a Widespread Corruption As we all learn by the 6th grade, Articles One through Three of the U.S. Constitution make provisions for the three separate and independent branches of the US government: the executive, legislative, and judicial. But how independent and separate are they really? – Three New Jersey residents, Bruce Eden, Barry Weinstein [1] and Steven Rosamilia have filed a lawsuit in the N.J. Superior Court, alleging Democrat party presidential nominees John F. Kerry and John Edwards, and the New Jersey State Democratic Committee, their co-defendant, violated Constitutional...

By Geraldine Hawkins March 7, 2003 The American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition, Judge Edith Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, told the Federalist Society of Harvard Law School on February 28. She said that the question of what is morally right is routinely sacrificed to what is politically expedient. The change has come because legal philosophy has descended to nihilism "The integrity of law, its religious roots, its transcendent quality are disappearing. I saw the movie 'Chicago' with Richard Gere the other day. That's the way the public thinks about lawyers,"...

Ruling: Private logging must comply with ESAPORTLAND (AP) -- A Portland judge recently ruled that Oregon's state forester must hold private landowners to tighter logging regulations. U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown ruled that the state must ensure that the private logging projects it approves adhere to the federal Endangered Species Act. The ruling was in response to a February lawsuit five conservation groups brought against State Forester James Brown, who reviews all logging in Oregon to see that it complies with the state Forest Practices Act. The five groups said Brown routinely violated the U.S. Endangered Species Act by...

KANSAS CITY -- The Comfort Inn here was the third stop for Freedom Drive, 2002, and the place where Titles of Nobility Amendment (TONA) researcher Suzanne Nevling of San Francisco, California produced a copy of “Military Laws of the United States to which is prefixed the Constitution of the United States.” The book, published under authority of the War Department in 1825, proves that the original 13th Amendment that prohibits Americans from holding Titles of Nobility, was part of the Constitution until it was mysteriously replaced with a new 13th Amendment that banned slavery after the Civil War. “When we...

Taking their lead from the veterans who first pushed through the barricades to visit the World War II Memorial, Americans nationwide are defying the federal government shutdown, tossing aside traffic cones and toppling wooden fences to get to national parks and other federal lands that the administration has deemed out of bounds. As the shutdown hits the middle of its second week, civil disobedience has become a sensation. Some proudly post online photos of themselves overcoming the government’s obstacles, and others use more subtle ways to make their point. In Arizona, one road-stop inn is quietly giving visitors directions on how to...

George Washington’s home – Mt. Vernon, sustained a direct attack from the Obama Administration today. Mt. Vernon just became the latest victim of the government shutdown, reports The Daily Caller. The home of America’s first President is privately owned and operated by the Mt. Vernon Ladies’ Association, reports The Free Beacon. Since the home itself isn’t run by the National Park Service, the house couldn’t be justifiably closed. However, the parking lot area and the trails surrounding the home are technically owned by the government. Today, the Feds decided to close the bike/walking trails and barricade the parking lot. They...

As Twitchy reported yesterday, Democrats were pushing the bogus “voter suppression” meme even before the polls closed in Colorado’s recall elections. According to Politico reporter Byron Tau, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, head of the Democratic National Committee, is the latest Democrat to parrot the absurd talking point. Will other high-profile Democrats follow suit?

CNN’s Erin Burnett found herself confronted with the idea of Rand Paul as a “rabid spider monkey,” after a guest on her show used the imagery to describe the Kentucky senator in a fight. While discussing the feud with Gov. Chris Christie, Burnett’s guest, Hogan Gidley, a former communications director for Rick Santorum pointed out that Rand Paul refused to be bullied. “What’s fascinating to me here is Rand Paul saying, bring it on and if you come at me, I’m going to come at you like a rabid spider monkey, and he hit him right in the face,” Gidley...

Republican Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham were vocal critics of the administration’s messaging after the Benghazi attacks, but on Friday, they issued a laudatory statement about Victoria Nuland — the woman behind a number of the changes to the talking points — and her nomination to be assistant secretary of state for Europe. “Ambassador Victoria Nuland has a long and distinguished record of service to our nation in both Republican and Democrat administrations. She is knowledgeable and well-versed on the major foreign policy issues as well as respected by foreign policy experts in both parties. We look forward to...

Hitler's Muslim Nephew Comes to New York September 24, 2007 FrontPageMagazine.com Kenneth R. Timmerman What was New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg thinking? Apparently the former Democrat believed that escorting Iran’s Hitler-wannabe president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, to the site of the September 11 memorial at Ground Zero would generate a terrific photo op. “Here I am with world leaders,” that type of thing. After all, Bloomberg has already made his appearance at the “World Leaders Forum” at Columbia University, so he was in the zone. And last year, U.S. News & World Report crowned him as one of America’s “best leaders.” But...

The frustration with President Barack Obama over his tax cut compromise was palpable and even profane at Thursday’s House Democratic Caucus meeting. One unidentified lawmaker went so far as to mutter “f— the president” while Rep. Shelley Berkley was defending the package the president negotiated with Republicans. Berkley confirmed the incident, although she declined to name the specific lawmaker. “It wasn’t loud,” the Nevada Democrat said. “It was just expressing frustration from a very frustrated Member.” Rep. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.) was also overheard saying that “we can’t trust him” not to cave to Republicans and extend the tax cuts again...

Dems find common ground: It's the White House's fault By: Ben Smith November 3, 2010 06:21 PM EDT The bodies aren’t even cold yet in the House, but the Democratic Party has already opened up a bitter debate over who’s to blame. The party’s bloodied moderates Wednesday released two years of pent-up anger at a party leadership they viewed as blind to their needs and deaf to the messages of voters who never asked for President Barack Obama’s ambitious first-term agenda. Liberals pushed back hard: The problem, they say, was those undisciplined moderates, who won delays, unsightly compromises and a...
