..... Dominic: I’ll be the first to say, yeah, people did some things that they probably shouldn’t have that day. But it was an emotional day. Tensions were high. There was a lot of rhetoric going around, stolen election and this and that. Whatever you believe, people had a right to be there and voice their opinion. But what didn’t need to happen and what I have seen over and over again in my own eyes was the police instigating a fight that day. What made the fight actually break out between them all? And they were trying to hide...

A January 6th defendant is in trouble for “hobnobbing with conservative lawmakers”. The Government says Retired Army Captain Gabriel Garcia violated his pre-release conditions when he attended CPAC earlier this month. Garcia has been subpoenaed to report to a courthouse in Washington D.C on Monday for a status hearing. This comes after the pre-trial service office reported Garcia to his judge for violating conditions of his release after he attended CPAC. CPAC is an annual political conference attended by conservative activists and elected officials from across the United States and beyond. Garcia’s family is extremely fearful that Judge Amy Berman...

The Department of Justice is gearing up to prosecute up to 1,000 more people on charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion, according to a letter from a U.S. attorney obtained by Bloomberg. United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves sent a one-page letter to Chief Judge of the D.C. District Court Beryl Howell on Oct. 28, estimating cases could be filed for between 700 and 1,200 additional defendants as the department was already near making its 900th arrest, Bloomberg reported.

A conservative non-profit group allied with former President Donald Trump urged “Hill staffers and their colleagues” to cut off meetings with any former Jan. 6 committee staffers who have since joined firms that lobby. In a letter sent to hundreds of recipients on the Hill, the dark money group American Accountability Foundation listed the names of the former committee staffers and their titles - along with their new employers and links to their firms’ clients - all of whom they urged to blacklist. “AAF has put together a cheat-sheet below outlining their new firms and the firm’s clients so you...

As January 2023 has concluded, it has officially been two years since the January 6th (J6) 2021 Stop the Steal protest in Washington DC. Over the last two years, hundreds of J6 political prisoners have continued to rot in prison, while their due process and right to a trial that consists of a jury of their peers has been denied. Many of the J6 defendants remain imprisoned under pretrial detention despite committing zero violent acts at the United States Capitol. While there are J6 defendants and prisoners from all over the country, it is worth noting that Florida has the...

“ If totalitarianism did not exploit [archetypes], which are deep inside us all and rooted deep in all religions, it could never attract so many people, especially during the early phases of its existence. Once the dream of paradise starts to turn into reality, however, here and there people begin to crop up who stand in its way, and so the rulers of paradise must build a little gulag on the side of Eden. In the course of time this gulag grows ever bigger and more perfect, while the adjoining paradise gets even smaller and poorer.” ― Milan Kundera, The...

More than 1,000 people may face new charges relating to the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the Justice Department warned Washington, D.C. courts late last year. That number comes in addition to the nearly 1,000 people the DOJ had already arrested for Jan. 6 offenses as of February. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves informed Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the potential prosecutions in an October 2022 letter, according to Bloomberg News. Specifically, the letter stated that the court should expect an additional 700-1,200 prosecutions. "We expect the pace of bringing new cases will increase, in an orderly...

Apple temporarily removed former President Donald Trump’s debut single, “Justice For All,” from iTunes on Thursday after the hit single spent one week at number one on the iTunes chart, Kash Patel told Breitbart News. Trump released “Justice For All,” less than two weeks ago. Numerous Mar-a-Lago staff members have been subpoenaed as part of an investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents, a source familiar with the situation confirmed to Fox News. The source did not know the exact number of staff members who were issued court orders. CNN reported that Trump’s communication aide Margo Martin appeared before a grand jury in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, though she declined to answer questions when approached by one of the media company’s reporters. Special counsel Jack Smith is handling investigations into Trump over the FBI’s discovery of classified documents at his Palm Beach,...

Love him or hate him, Tucker Carlson has become the most important political analyst of our era. The release to him of suppressed J6 Capitol footage that contradicted the Democrat/media narrative dominated political news until Carlson's questionnaire on Ukraine policy to the potential GOP presidential field knocked it out of the headlines. Not since Woodward and Bernstein dominated the news with Watergate has a media source produced results that focused the national spotlight so completely as Mr. Tucker Carlson. Unsurprisingly, many are the progressives who want to see him knocked off the air. Last night, he began his top-rated hour-long...

A Handy January 6 Fact SheetPlenty of other falsehoods and misrepresentations animate the fable of January 6. But for those honestly seeking the truth, consider this a cheat sheet for future use.In another example of Washington’s inexorable slide into banana republic territory, Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) took to the floor of the U.S. Senate on Tuesday to call for the removal of an American journalist. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen an anchor treat the American people, and American democracy, with such disdain,” Schumer said during his seven-minute authoritarian tirade. “And he’s going to come back tonight with...

(Above what appears to be Antifa breaking into the Capitol first before any Trump supporters arrive on Jan 6) According to attorney Joe McBride who uncovered the report, the government knew MAGA was coming to DC and so they entrapped them. It was all a setup. The report is included in the first tweet below from Jan 6 attorney Joe McBride. Tucker Carlson had Jan 6 defendant Daniel Goodwyn on last night with his attorney Carol Stewart. He is charged with terrorism for walking into the Capitol and exiting in less than a minute after being told to leave. Daniel Goodwyn pleaded guilty last month to entering the Capitol and faces up to six months in prison. He was arrested in January 2021 and was granted bond. During a pretrial proceeding, a judge threatened to revoke it if Goodwyn kept refusing to adhere to masking protocols. In one bizarre incident, the FBI placed a mask on the defendant, only to have...

A close family member of a victim who committed suicide under duress caused by the illegal and unconstitutional Jan. 6 probe is speaking out on the cold and callous behavior of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Matthew Perna committed suicide in March 2022 after being hit with a multitude of charges for peacefully protesting in and around the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. His aunt, Geni Perna stated in a recent interview that DeSantis ignores all of the calls from Jan. 6 whistleblowers who are speaking out against the injustices that are being perpetrated upon pro-MAGA patriots by the federal government....

Americans will hold accountable those responsible for the accelerating degradation of the U.S. justice system as the government's J6 narrative collapses and their wrongdoing becomes apparent. The FBI agent squirmed on the hot seat. Confronted with messages the Justice Department attempted to conceal, Nicole Miller, one of the lead FBI investigators assigned to the Proud Boys case, was on the verge of admitting that the FBI monitored privileged communications between one defendant and his attorney in 2021. “It appears so,” Miller responded when asked by defense attorney Nicholas Smith on March 8 to confirm she and another agent discussed the...

‘It turns out there’s quite a bit of video you haven’t seen. And that video tells a very different story about what happened on Jan. 6,’ Carlson said last week.If you watched CNN and MSNBC last week, you might have thought Fox News’ Tucker Carlson painted the 2021 Capitol riot as a harmless peace parade, with a minotaur as its patriotic grand marshal. But Carlson said nothing of the sort. (That’s how former Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin described the deadly anarchy that gripped her city in the summer of 2020.)This is how it's been for much of the day. CNN...

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said he will “slowly roll out” the security footage recorded during the Jan. 6 Capitol breach to news outlets.“We will slowly roll out to every individual news agency, they can come see the tapes as well,” McCarthy told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”“Let everyone see them to bring their own judgment,” he added. “The first thing I found is that the January 6 committee was not honest with us. That it’s not 14,000 hours of tapes, there’s 41,000 hours of tapes.”McCarthy has provided Fox News host Tucker Carlson exclusive access to 41,000 hours of surveillance...
