BILOXI — A VH1 reality show contestant was arrested in Biloxi over the weekend while at the Beau Rivage for its monthly Fan Jam. “Tough Love” contestant Taylor Royce, aka Kelly Jean Stasilli of Scottsdale, Ariz., was booked Saturday on charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace at the casino resort.
