Hey all,My best friend is a doctor in the military who just arrived in Iraq a few weeks ago. I told him to contact me if there was anything he needed, and it took about one week.He has told me that they are in need of Afrin or other types of nose sprays for the pilots. He said it was difficult to come by. He said sinus problems are causing pilots to be grounded, and that is something that they can't afford to do. He asked me to contact pharm reps that I knew and other contacts I have. I've...

"We offer services for all religions and denominations." By just touching the 'tip of the iceberg,' deployed service members go through problems such as marital difficulties, depression and overall loneliness which can take their...

I have spoken to a few people who either run list or are involved on them and they fell this would accomplish three things. Firstly...

SIERRA VISTA — Perhaps you were at Wal-Mart in Sierra Vista on Saturday and bought a cookie, or contributed some food or supplies to the children who were out front holding a bake sale and collecting items to ship to schoolkids in Africa. If so, good for you. This is the backstory. A few months ago, Heather Hunter had a moment of clarity. The fifth-grader at Huachuca Mountain School was struck by an article in her Weekly Reader that described health and living conditions in some of the most desperate Third-World areas. “The kids in Africa don’t have that much,”...

I've been wondering for a while why GMC SUVs are priced at nearly twice what Ford Explorers are. Is there that much of a difference? They seem fairly indentical, but I haven't conducted a major research effort. I own a Ford Explorer Sport, and it's a dopey but functional piece of American metal which serves my needs fine. Comments?

For several years, I had been using a tape drive & NovaStor software to backup files. The tape drive has died. I'm looking for alternative methods to backup data; primarily a CD-R drive. (Never used/owned one.) System specs: Soyo SY-6VBA MB 1ghz Pentium 3 512mb RAM Win98 20gb IDE HD (I forget the manufacturer) I live in a rural area. Store choices within driving range are limited to OfficeMax, Best Buy and Circuit City (which I dislike). The CD-R/burner software should produce CDs which can be read by any PC, even if the system is running MS-DOS. Currently, I'm looking...
