If they did nothing wrong, what are they afraid of? After all, that's what they said about Donald Trump for years. Now that the script flipped, their tune has changed--dramatically. As I reported last week, former and current apparatchiks for the Department of Justice are making plans to resign in advance of Donald Trump’s return to the White House in January. Those headed for exits include Special Counsel Jack Smith and his top team of prosecutors, who just withdrew their appeal of Judge Aileen Cannon’s order dismissing the classified documents indictment in Florida and asked for a halt to the...

Joe Biden used alias emails to communicate with members of his family while he was Vice President, according to a batch of records obtained by Judicial Watch. In one email Joe Biden signed off on a brief pause of Secret Service protection for son Hunter and granddaughter Natalie Biden during a Kosovo trip. Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained a tranche of Joe Biden alias emails in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the National Archives (NARA). The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files...

In his first appearance before the Hague-based Kosovo Specialist Chambers on Monday, former leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army turned top politician Hashim Thaci rejected charges accusing him of wartime crimes.“I read them and I do not agree with any of them,” said Thaci, who stepped down as Kosovo’s president last week before he was sent to The Hague for trial.“The indictment is completely without basis and I plead not guilty,” he added.Thaci’s defence lawyer David Hooper complained to the presiding judge that the defence team received late notice of the indictment. He also noted that allegations of organ-harvesting made by...

PRIŠTINA -- The Kosovo Albanian government will not investigate Carla Del Ponte's claims that Kosovo Serbs were kidnapped to have their organs removed. This was reported today in Priština by the Albanian language daily Express. The former chief Hague prosecutor, now Switzerland's ambassador to Argentina, wrote in her book "The Hunt" that she investigated allegations that after the end of the 1999 war in the province, some 300 Kosovo Serbs were kidnapped, transported to Albania, where they had their organs removed, after which they were killed and buried in mass graves. She also said the 2003 probe into the case...

"EULEX confirms that Agim Zogaj, known as witness X in the Klecka case, was found dead in a park in Germany," the mission's statement said. The conflict that raged throughout the former Yugoslavia was met by a wall of silence when it came to important issues. These important issues apply to America and the United Kingdom supporting Islamists in a brutal civil war in Bosnia and then installing a new nation by ignoring international law in Kosovo. Also, is it credible to believe that the vast majority of major news agencies and national governments did not know about thousands of Islamists in Europe who were sent to slit the throats and behead Orthodox Christians? Shoeless Holbrooke sits with Muslim Albanian gunmen that ran the organ...

The United States has reconfirmed its support for the new state of Kosovo and has promised to lobby for more recognitions, according to a report in Pristina daily Koha Ditore. The newspaper said that Kosovo leaders president Fatmir Sejdiu, prime minister Hashim Thaci and foreign minister Skender Hyseni were given these guarantees in a meeting on February 26 2009 with US secretary of state Hillary Clinton. "The US together with its European allies will continue to give its large and substantial support for the newest democracy in the world," Koha Ditore quoted Clinton as saying. "Support for Kosovo is coming...

As someone who has been following and writing about the events in the Balkans for over a decade, the announced death in myriads of newspapers throughout the world of President Ibrahim Rugova of Kosovo, was of deep interest to me. Virtually nothing is mentioned in the media nor in Congress anymore of the dire situation for the remaining Christian Serbian population in Kosovo. It is as though the Balkan war never happened, nor the consequences of that war. While Rugova's method of achieving independence for Kosovo is described as nonviolent he often found himself allied with Hashim Thaci, the leader...

KOSOVO: THE WAR DEMOCRATS LOVED By Don Feder The Democrats have been characterized as a party of peace marchers and flag-burners -- a Neville Chamberlain cadre chattering away on cable TV, knee-jerk internationalists who’ve mistaken the United Nations for the United States Marines. I must protest this calumny. Under the right circumstances, the Democrats can be Sgt. York and Audie Murphy times Rambo. There was a little war of which Democrats are exceedingly fond – so much so that they’re still bragging about it five years later. It’s a conflict that didn’t involve allegations of weapons of mass destruction. The...
