Let's Celebrate Our Independence!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!!  Something to think about this 4th of July... Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence? Five signers were captured by the British as traitors and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army, another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War. They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. What kind of men were they?...

As we celebrate the 230th birthday of the United States of America, our president joined the ideological, and perhaps biological, descendants of those who fought to give us our freedom by creating this new nation. The president went to Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, to speak to and eat with the troops and their families (who gave him a birthday cake). He will return to the White House for a July 4th celebration with family and friends. That will also serve as a birthday party for the President.

PRINCETON, NJ -- The sight of the American flag inspires feelings of pride in millions of Americans, and that pride is likely to be displayed even more this Independence Day weekend.
