<p>Incident: At 2:13 p.m. Tuesday , Ithaca Police responded to a complaint in the parking lot of Rite Aid Drug Store, 6155 S. Meadow St. As officers arrived at the scene, they noticed three people yelling. Brewer was charged for allegedly menacing with a shotgun, Ithaca Police said. Michael was charged after allegedly threatening others with a tire iron, police said.</p>
