The Democrats have been saying that there's proof that the Russians hacked into Democratic Party computers for the purpose of obtaining and planting information that would help elect Donald J. Trump as president. But the proof wasn't provided when President Obama issued an executive order and announced the expulsions of Russians from the U.S., and sanctions against Russian officials. Still, our media were almost unanimous in saying that President Obama has proved his case and that Trump was out-of-step with what the evidence clearly showed. For his part, Trump seemed in no hurry to come to any rash conclusions, saying...

Spicer told 'Fox & Friends' hosts that last week's cyber security memo from the FBI and Homeland Security Department is a 'how-to manual for the DNC' to 'improve their IT security' 'I think it's unfair if they don't know. And I know a lot about hacking. And hacking is a very hard thing to prove. So it could be someone else,' Trump said at his oceanside Mar-a-Lago resort club in Florida. 'And I also know things that other people don't know, and so they cannot be sure of the situation.' Asked what his secret knowledge consists of, Trump said: 'You'll...

Tonight we were presented with the one-on-one interview between Sean Hannity and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. In the first segment that Hannity showed, Assange stated that Rushua was not involved in providing WikiLeaks with the hacked emails from the DNC or John Podesta, and neither was a state party.

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan on Wednesday called WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange a “sycophant for Russia,” as Mr. Assange reiterated this week that Russia was not the source for internal communications from Democratic officials during the presidential campaign.

Donald Trump continues to remain indignant about claims that Russia is responsible for cyberassaults on the US, taking to Twitter Tuesday night to reiterate his skepticism. In a single tweet, Trump questioned the prevailing notion that Russia has been hacking US entities -- despite 17 U.S. intelligence agencies concluding that top Russian officials helped orchestrate cyberattacks against the Democratic National Committee and members of Hillary Clinton's campaign -- and he also seemed to question the validity of such agencies overall. The president-elect tweeted, "The 'Intelligence' briefing on so-called 'Russian hacking' was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build...

Today a Politico article reveals the John McCain/Lindsey Graham push to create an international crisis with Russia has found push-back from an unlikely source, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell. (Politico) John McCain and Lindsey Graham are backing off of their push for a select committee on cybersecurity after Russian interference in the election, bowing to the political reality that the Senate Republican Conference largely does not back their idea. […] “We’re just going to move with the individual committees and see how that works. If it doesn’t work, we’ll regroup,” [Lindsey] Graham said in an interview. The House Intelligence Committee Chairman...

The suspicious code detected last week on a Vermont utility laptop that prompted fears of a Russian cyberattack was not linked to a Kremlin hacking effort, new evidence suggests. Instead, the internet activity appears to have been caused by a Burlington Electric Department employee checking his Yahoo email account, The Washington Post reported Tuesday, citing officials close to the investigation. The employee's activity reportedly set off an alert that his computer had connected to a suspicious IP address associated with the Russian hacking operation Grizzly Steppe, which Burlington Electric said it immediately reported to federal authorities. But officials now say...

It'd be pretty hard for the Russians to hack America using the computers in Fallout 4. For one, the computers in Fallout 4 are not connected to the internet: in Bethesda's alternative history, America never makes it that far into the future. Another obstacle stopping Russia from hacking America via the computers in Fallout 4 is that, no matter how you approach it, it'd simply be impossible. That hasn't stopped CNN using footage of a Fallout 4 computer in a story about Russian hacking, though. It's not a huge faux pas on the news outlet's part: it's simply used as...

Donald Trump and his team sharpened the divide with the Obama administration on whether Russia executed the cyber-attacks on the White House race and suggested this team might have the better intelligence. “Rushing to judgement on stuff like this is not in anybody’s best interest,” incoming WH Communication Director Sean Spicer said....”Spicer argued that President-elect Trump is not disputing statements from U.S. intelligence officers, just waiting for a final report due later this week that could offer more conclusive evidence... Several U.S. intelligence agencies have said Russia was behind the hacking ... President Obama last week punished Russia for the...

Hackers working for the Chinese state breached the computer system of the Office of Personnel Management in December, U.S. officials said Thursday, and the agency will notify about 4 million current and former federal employees that their personal data may have been compromised.

Tyler DurdenJanuary 1, 2017 During a brief, informal exchange with reporters on New Year's Eve at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Donald Trump questioned the official version of the "Russians hacking the election", saying it was possible "somebody else" compromised the Democratic campaign’s servers, adding that he will reveal some previously undisclosed facts in the coming days by hinting that "I also know things that other people don’t know, we they cannot be sure of the situation." Asked what that information included, the Republican President-elect said, "You will find out on Tuesday or Wednesday." He did not elaborate. Trump...

25 years ago George Bush Sr. was still in office, and so was Saddam Hussein. The European Union didn't exist and neither did China's economic powerhouse. The Berlin wall had just come down and Germany had finally reunited. Hillary Clinton was a little-known mouthy First Lady of Arkansas and the media gleefully predicted that Donald Trump would never climb back to the top after his Atlantic City fiasco. On the other side of the Iron Curtain, the Eastern bloc was in shambles, but the USSR was still standing with Mikhail Gorbachev at the helm. Vladimir Putin dabbled in minor corruption...

A story published by The Washington Post Friday claims Russia hacked the electrical grid in Vermont. This caused hysteria on social media but has been denied by a spokesman for a Vermont utility company. The Post story was titled, “Russian hackers penetrated U.S. electricity grid through a utility in Vermont, officials say.” The story said, “A code associated with the Russian hacking operation dubbed Grizzly Steppe by the Obama administration has been detected within the system of a Vermont utility, according to U.S. officials.” The Post published the story before being able to get comment from the two utility companies...

On Thursday, as part of the White House response to alleged Russian hacking, the FBI and DHS released a Joint Analysis Report (JAR) called “Grizzly Steppe.” While this report was meant to prove, or at least provide evidence, that the Russian government was involved in hacks of the Democratic Party, experts have stated that it “adds nothing.” Jeffrey Carr, a cybersecurity consultant, author, and founder of the Suits and Spooks conference, wrote in an analysis that the report merely lists every threat group ever reported on by a commercial cybersecurity company suspected of having ties to Russia, labeling them “Russian...

On Thursday, Obama announced retaliatory measures against Russia for no other reason than Donald Trump having won the Presidential Election. Russia has been accused, by liberals, of hacking the election to favor the Republican candidate. Democrats and the rest of the far left are behaving like sore losers, refusing to accept the fact that the American people have rejected them. Blaming Russia for their loss is denial. Of course, all along the left has been hoping to distract voters from the contents of the leaked emails by manufacturing a Russian boogeyman. The scheme didn’t fool American voters yet Democrats continue...

Oliver Stone is warning of Cold War-like hysteria over claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin was behind hacking in order to give Donald Trump an advantage over Hillary Clinton. In an essay titled “The Russians Are Coming” posted on his Facebook page, Stone acknowledged that “I never thought I’d find myself praying for the level-headedness of a Donald Trump,” but warned of what he called “group-think” in accepting the conclusion that Russia was behind the pre-election hack of the Democratic National Committee and of Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta. He linked to stories that cast doubt on the conclusions of...

Excuse my very first vanity in a dozen years - but this most recent leftwing FALSE NARRATIVE has really gotten under my skin! The hack was not of the election's voting machines or voter databases, nor was it of any federal government database or national security secrets. It only targeted the dirty secrets and mob operations of the DNC and its fixer Podesta. Yet Obama responded more forcibly to this hack than he has to more serious acts directed at the federal government or its national secrets. Hackers, earlier in Obama's presidency, stole over ten million confidential records of federal...

In case some of you were duped into believing this was evidence that proved Russia hacked the US elections, John McAfee would like to remind you that you’re probably a high tier retard and would believe virtually anything your government told you. Crazy, but brilliant, John said “if it looks like the Russians did it, then I can guarantee you it was not the Russians.”
