WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. — Arguments began Monday in the trial of a former teacher accused of molesting two 11-year-old female students at a Christian school in Wayne County in the mid-1990s. 53-year-old Warren Riley is charged with multiple counts of indecent liberties with a child. On the first day of arguments, one of his alleged victims took the stand to lay out the abuse she claims she suffered. New York City Police are hunting a 22-year-old man who attacked two officers trying to arrest him in Manhattan after he allegedly raped four-year-old twins in Pennsylvania. Isaiah John Metz, 22 - also known as Decklyn McBride - of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, allegedly raped two four-year-old twins in Goldsboro, Pennsylvania, while on parole for assaulting an officer. Metz currently has 115 counts of sex-related charges against him in York County, including three counts of raping a child under 13, and 99 counts of sexual abuse involving picture and video, according to public records. Police in North Carolina say someone broke into a local Republican Party office and defaced a wall mural of former President Ronald Reagan. A Goldsboro police report says the break-in was discovered Thursday. Police say a door was kicked in at the building housing the Wayne County GOP.
