Apparently this never got posted here because of the limitations of probation, so here you go: So...here we are...18 years. Mostly good. Clintons a Liar, Dr Raouls costumes, AppyPappy's daughter singing the National Anthem, Kristinns wonderful reporting. The repugnant lies of Classy Green Eyed Blonde and DeepInTheHurtgenForest. The surreal cryptic posts of quidam. The lib trolls like Eschoir. The March for Justice? Heady times. They really were. Fighting against a President who had the gall to look us in the eye and lie to us. But the last 9 months? Absolutely unrecognizable. A lot of great FReepers run off. And...

Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,†Secretary of State John Kerry insisted that despite all of Iran’s saber-rattling in the wake of it’s deal to curb its nuclear intentions, the world is still safer as a result of the deal.

Urging business leaders to lobby Republican lawmakers for higher spending, President Obama said Wednesday that partisan gridlock in Washington is a bigger threat to the U.S. than Chinese cyberattacks or Russian military aggression. “Our problem is not that China’s going to out-negotiate us, or that [Russian President Vladimir] Putin is sort of out-strategizing us,” Mr. Obama said. “Has anybody taken a look at the Russian economy lately? That’s not our problem. Our problem’s us, typically. We engage in self-inflicted wounds, like this potential government shutdown. It’s unnecessary.” The president spoke to the Business Roundtable in Washington as the Oct. 1...

Hope you like increasing prices, everyone! #ForTheMiddleClass https://twitter.com/WSJPolitics/status/627796768328183808 … It’s not like Americans weren’t warned. All in the name of fighting “climate change,” of course. Has that ever really been a barrier for this administration?

The National Taxpayers Union Foundation reports that Senator Ted Cruz (from Texas) has, during his time in the U.S. Senate, supported measures that would reduce government spending by $169.4 billion a year.Demian Brady, NTUF director of Research, is quoted by Breitbart as saying: Senator Cruz supported significant spending reductions like repeal of the Affordable Care Act and abolishing the IRS and income tax in favor of a sales tax. Combined with very minimal spending increases, these make for a legislative slate big on savings. And that’s not all. Cruz also wants to repeal ObamaCare which would reduce government spending by...

Much like any criminal organization, the Obama administration will punish anyone who dares tell the outside world just what they’re up to. They’ll take your job, your reputation, and — in this sickening case — they’ll even try to take your daughter. A Department of Homeland Security agent who blew the whistle on deliberately lax enforcement under a particular immigration program had just that happen to her. Now, she’s speaking out before Congress. Taylor Johnson, a senior special agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs that she faced massive retribution after...

Today, HUD Secretary Julian Castro announced the finalization of the Obama administration’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule. A front-page article pre-emptively defending the move appears in today’s Washington Post. The final rule is 377 pages, vastly longer than the preliminary version of the rule promulgated in 2013. AFFH is easily one of President Obama’s most radical initiatives, on a par with Obamacare in its transformative potential. In effect, AFFH gives the federal government a lever to re-engineer nearly every American neighborhood—imposing a preferred racial and ethnic composition, densifying housing, transportation, and business development in suburb and city alike, and weakening...

Americans’ views of President Barack Obama have improved slightly in the past two months, and opinions are more positive about the direction of the country and the health of the economy, an Associated Press-GfK poll finds. A slim majority now approves of the way Obama is handling unemployment, according to the poll, conducted before Friday’s release of a surprisingly strong jobs report. Forty-seven percent of those surveyed approve of how Obama is doing his job, compared with 41 percent in December, and 51 percent approve of his handling of unemployment, compared with 44 percent before. Nearly half say the economy...

Various media attacking Sarah Palin for eight days after one speech suggests she might be making the establishment nervous as her presence looms over a crowded GOP 2016 field. American Thinker goes into the stinker with latest anti Palin diatribe. Questioning "Walker Mania" isn't forming a circular firing squad against him. It's called basic vetting. What Rush isn't telling you about Walker's record. Low info voters on the right are the reason why conservatives can't have nice things. Why I will face palm the "lesser of the two evils" argument for 2016.

It wasn’t a goal-line interception, but it was a game changer. Just one week in to our Fox News First Power Index and we already have a major overhaul after frontrunner Mitt Romney’s unexpected departure. (Though his conditional statement to supporters left enough doubt to still be “on the radar” until he makes a more Shermanesque statement.) Not only did the frontrunner self-deport, but several second- and third-tier competitors showed surprising strength to make substantial strides. We would expect to see the field unsettled a year out from the first nominating contest, but as you’ll see below, the tumult is...

The last program that passed through Congress to demonstrate their belief that Obama knew better than anyone what the nation needed was nicknamed Obamacare. You can always count on our President, Barack Obama, for some gimmicky giveaway idea that will appeal to the nearly untutored who don’t understand the one simple fact that is never, ever discussed when Obama unveils his latest brainstorm. They never seem to be able to understand the simple idea that NOTHING IS FREE. Ever. Obama has proposed that if you are still breathing, you ought to be able to get an Associate’s Degree from any...

Is “American Sniper” a hugely divisive American phenomenon? That’s the impression you’d get from reading a lot of pundits’ just-baked hot takes about the wildly popular Clint Eastwood-directed flick. [snip] Mr. Moore tweeted that his uncle was killed by a sniper in World War II and that he’d been raised to believe snipers “cowards.” Mr. Rogen, fresh off the international incident created by his North Korean movie “The Interview,” opined that “American Sniper” reminded him of a fake film that’s showing near the end of the Quentin Tarantino’s World War II movie “Inglourious Basterds.” That film showed a German sniper...

The past few years have shown us that our political system is operating like a well-oiled machine, assuming that machine's primary purpose is to function horribly while producing nothing of value.. Stubbornness and disagreement have been raised to art forms, and the American people have made it clear they rate Congress only slightly more favorably than "scorpions in pants." The president isn't viewed much better, with an approval rating hovering around a dismal 40 percent. There's ample blame to go around — leftward, rightward, centerward (which isn't a word, but should be) — but a new poll homes in on...

Administration efforts to pass comprehensive immigration reform, for example, have failed. Asked about calls by Sarah Palin to impeach Obama over the administration’s immigration policies, Holder said: “She wasn’t a particularly good vice presidential candidate. She’s an even worse judge of who ought to be impeached and why.”

More than half of the country has a message for former Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin: enough. That's the result from a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Annenberg poll in which 54 percent of voters say they've heard enough from Palin and would prefer that she be less outspoken in political debates. That includes nearly two-thirds of Democrats, a majority of independents, and even nearly four-in-10 Republicans. And the results come as Palin has called for President Barack Obama's impeachment. (VIDEO-AT-LINK)But Palin isn't the only former politician voters wish would stay away from politics. Fifty-one percent of voters say they've heard...

PM’s hostility to president is ‘endangering Israel’s security,’ claims Labor’s Isaac Herzog, in rare confirmation of long-rumored strained ties between ‘Bibi’ and ‘Barack’Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “loathes” Barack Obama, and his hostile attitude to the US president constitutes a danger to Israel’s well-being, the head of the Israeli opposition charged on Friday night, in a highly unusual acknowledgement of the long-rumored strained personal ties between the two leaders. In a bitter verbal assault on the prime minister, Labor party chairman Isaac Herzog slammed Netanyahu for failing to listen to the international community, failing to present peace proposals of his own...

WASHINGTON (MNI) - Initial claims for U.S. state unemployment benefits jumped for the second straight week in the April 26 week, climbing by 14,000 to 344,000, the Labor Department reported Thursday. The Labor Department said there were no special factors, however, the latest report reflects a second straight week of a double digit increase in initial claims which are now at the highest level since February 22 week when they were 351,000. Expectations for this week's report was for a claims level of 320,000, which would have been a 9,000 decrease from the previously reported 329,000 level in the April...

Rev. Jesse Jackson was interviewed last week at Yale for their "Everybody Has a Story" segment on the Yale Daily News website: "Well the attacks have been so personal and degrading, the attempts to marginalize him: 'You're not an American,' 'You're not born here,' the birthers, 'You're not a Christian,' 'You're not qualified' -- the attempts undermine his authority as president, his moral authority, has been such an organized movement by the ...organized for some of the Tea Party eliminate [who] ideologically oppose blacks, woman and workers..."

The corrupt American media is lying for their president Barack Obama again. Our economy is not improving – it is getting worse. Unemployment is not falling – it is rising. Americans are not feeling good about the future – we are suffering from Jimmy Carter-like misery, a new report from a respected Wall Street adviser tells us. According to the calculations of David John Marotta our effective unemployment rate is not the 6.7% as reported by Obama’s apparatchiks in media, but a staggering and more believable 37.2%. Moreover, the Misery Index we are suffering under is...

A major GOP donor who told Breitbart News Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell made disparaging remarks about the Tea Party movement and about Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) continues to stand by his original story after claims that the reports were not accurate. This individual reported that on the Oct. 30 fundraising call American Crossroads’ Karl Rove and Steven J. Law held with McConnell, “McConnell specifically talked about Mike Lee by name, specifically talked about Ted Cruz by name, and he specifically talked about the Tea Party by name,” the donor told Breitbart News in response to...
