"There's an old saying. When the law is on your side, pound the law. When the facts are on your side, pound the facts. If neither the facts or law are on your side, pound the table." So Adam Schiff summarized a quip that has been evolving for at least a century. And so the Democrats did in the Ohio State House when Ohio State Representative Jena Powell proposed an amendment to protect women's sports. It's hard to believe this ruckus took place in what is supposed to be the deliberative, rulemaking body for the state of Ohio. Where do...

There are few things liberals love more than crying racism, but not many. Money from perverts, abusing power, and maybe some of their families, but that’s about it. Crying racism is oxygen to the average Democrat, but it’s heroin for elected and media Democrats and the addiction they have for it makes Hunter Biden’s love of crack and hookers seem like passionate indifference. It is their precious and these Gollums will do anything to ensure its use is their exclusive domain. Unfortunately for them, its practice is also their exclusive domain. The Nazis were not as dogged as Democrats are...

The U.S. Department of Justice is targeting West Virginia for prohibiting transgender girls and women from participating in public school sports. Saying the law “hinders equal athletic opportunities for girls by creating an additional hurdle for participation,” Aria Vaughan, a trial attorney with the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, said the new law also discriminates against West Virginia student-athletes on the basis of sex and gender identification, in the statement filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of West Virginia. “The State cannot point to any valid evidence that allowing transgender girls to participate on...

Teachers urged to stop using terms like 'boys and girls' in the school classroom.. ... One chapter encourages teachers to warn children about 'climate breakdown' .. Guidelines says swap 'English as a second language' with 'emergent - bilingual' ... The book - Building Better Schools with Evidence Based Policy - also tells teachers they can promote inclusion in the classroom if they 'actively embrace diversity'. The term 'English as a second language' meanwhile should be replaced by the phrase 'emergent - bilingual' to give students who speak multiple languages more confidence. 'Boys and girls' should also be removed from common...

Jenner announced last Friday, as Reagan reported, that she is running against Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) who will be facing a recall. Caitlyn Jenner: “It’s a question of fairness. I oppose biological boys who are ttans competing in girls sports in school. It just isn’t fair, and we have to protect girls sports.” pic.twitter.com/jioEC3K97y— Jack Posobiec (@JackPosobiec) May 1, 2021TMZ seems caught off guard by her answer, opening their reporting that her "take on...

Several states are considering legislation that would prohibit trans girls from participating in girls sports, and Caitlyn Jenner supports the move. Jenner — who has plans to run for California governor — recently told TMZ that it’s a “question of fairness” that prevents her from supporting trans girls competing against their cisgender peers. “That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls sports in school,” the 71-year-old gubernatorial hopeful said. “It just isn’t fair, and we have to protect girls’ sports in our schools.”

Kamala Harris does not salute the military when she arrives at or steps off Air Force Two, unlike her predecessors former Vice Presidents Mike Pence and Joe Biden who both saluted the military, numerous videos show. In one video Harris seems more interested in fluffing her hair than showing respect to the men and women who serve the nation. While there is no hard and fast protocol on Presidents and Vice Presidents saluting the military, President Ronald Reagan set the modern era precedent by saluting the officers stationed at the steps for Marine One and Air Force One. Every president...

President Joe Biden pulled out all the stops for International Women’s Day on Monday, but he arguably undercut women’s advancement while paying lip service to it. He issued a glowing statement about women’s empowerment, launched a Gender Policy Council, and signed an executive order barring “sex discrimination” — including discrimination on the basis of gender identity — in public schools. On one hand, Biden celebrated women’s advancement, and on the other, he forced schoolgirls to share bathrooms and sports teams with biological boys. “On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the achievements, contributions, and progress of women and girls in the...

Teen athletes have traditionally been classified as "boys" or "girls" so that girls can participate in sports without having to compete against boys who are usually stronger and faster than girls. This system worked as long as everyone agreed on which athletes were girls and which athletes were boys. Today some disagree about who qualifies as girls and who qualifies as boys. One thing hasn't changed. There are two different genetic types of athletes. One type has two "X" chromosomes. The other has an "XY" combination of chromosomes. Athletes who have an "XY" combination of chromosomes are usually stronger and...

Selina Soule spent years training in the hopes of securing a college scholarship and leaving behind a legacy at her high school by setting new records in track. But those plans were temporarily put on hold one day at the Connecticut Indoor Track & Field State Championships in 2019 when she placed one spot away from qualifying for the finals and the subsequent opportunity to compete at the New England Regional Championships. That meant missing a crucial opportunity to compete in front of recruiters and secure financial aid that would help alleviate the heavy burden of the cost of college...

Rin, who hails from Tokyo, was never allowed to grow her hair as a child. She was on the girl’s football team so had to keep it short, but when she became an adult, she decided to take control of her hair and use it as a “weapon of expression”. The last time she cut her hair was 15 years ago, and now her straight, black locks measure 5ft 10in, a good 4 inches more than Rin herself. Although her hair sometimes gets in the way when doing the simplest of tasks, like changing her clothes, the Japanese dancer and...

An Old Golfer was hitting his ball from near a water hazard and his club fell into the water. When he cried out, the Lord appeared and asked, "Why are you crying?" The golfer replied that his club had fallen into the water and he needed the club to have a chance to win the tournament and supplement his meager pension. The Lord went down into the water and reappeared with a golden club. "Is this your club?" the Lord asked. The golfer replied, "No." The Lord again went down and came up with a silver club. "Is this your...

by Ron Kersten Creepy Joe Biden has struck again, saying that he wants to see a group of very young girls at his campaign stop “dancing when they are four years older.” The shocking incident took place during a campaign stop at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami on Monday. WATCH: Speaking with his back to the audience, Biden cracked a joke about how the “bad news” is that he is coming back. “The good news is, for me, I’m here. The bad news is, for you, I’m coming back,” he said. At this point, young girls standing...

...The root problem is that these women are receiving mixed messages that would make even the strongest person go crazy. Beginning in high school, or even earlier, they're told endlessly that they're both victim and oppressor. These mixed messages make straight white girls distinct from other students. White boys are told they're evil, toxic oppressors of both women and minorities. It's an ugly message, but a consistent one. Boys lucky enough to have countervailing influences shake it off and become the men they should be. The boys who don't have better influences, interestingly enough, become feminized, even if they're not...

Abigail Shrier’s Irreversible Damage is a brilliant exploration of the steep rise of transgender identity among adolescent girls, and the damage it is doing. In particular, there has been a huge increase among teenage girls and female university students, most notably in the US, the UK and Scandinavia. Transgenderism is certainly no longer the preserve of adult males, as it once had been. The first key factor for Shrier is the role of trans narratives propagated within schools. ‘Gender affirmation’ is rife within public schools across the US, she writes. She goes on to show how classrooms are being colonised...
