The book - Building Better Schools with Evidence Based Policy - also tells teachers they can promote inclusion in the classroom if they 'actively embrace diversity'.
The term 'English as a second language' meanwhile should be replaced by the phrase 'emergent - bilingual' to give students who speak multiple languages more confidence.
'Boys and girls' should also be removed from common usage in schools, the book suggests.

The revelation comes just weeks after it emerged schools in Melbourne were being urged to use gender neutral pronouns and scrap 'mum and dad' in favour of 'parent' as part of a campaign to improve inclusivity for LGBTQI+ students.
Unisex bathrooms, non-gendered sporting teams and the flying of rainbow flags to are also recommended to improve inclusivity.
Some schools are even being encouraged to stop teachers and pupils from using words including mum, dad and boyfriend in a controversial bid to banish gendered words.
Instead, 'parent' and 'partner' is preferred.

I remember being taught in elementary and middle school about the coming Malthusian Crisis of over-population. The Population Bomb was The Crisis back then.
Then came global cooling, we were headed for a new Ice Age. What would your arcology look like?
When I was in HS, The Crisis was nuclear winter.
I was out of college by the time Global Warming became The Crisis.

Why even have teachers anymore? Develop a daily curriculum with computer programming. Kids would still go to school but the class sizes could be in the hundred or so students and would have a human monitor overseeing the chitlins.
Unruly behavior or inattention to the computer class could be controlled through mild shocks to stimulate a more positive response.
Just a thought.

While they’re at it, they should be demanding that there be no more female or male names, and if they’re used, that they be interchangeably be used for boys and girls, such as Nancy should not be an only girls names, and that boys could be called Nancy too; or that girls could now be called George too.
