Another set of white men living in the American South have been arrested for murdering black people. In Tulsa, after police followed through with an anonymous tip, two men accused of hunting, shooting and killing three black people and critically wounding two more were hunted down and captured early Sunday morning. At issue, as the Tulsa shooting case moves forward, is an increasing and inexplicable tendency among certain men to target, stalk, and hunt black men.
