Dear Counsel: Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System's public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user, "Michael Anderson," states: "My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted...Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!!"
The comment, now labeled as one week old, responded to a routine UCS notice, posted on May 29, 2024, regarding oral arguments in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division unrelated to this proceeding.
Either this is totally legit(there are other posts from that freak of nature, he might be a total freak but he knew the day the verdict would happen) or the judge is saying “See I was totally impartial no reason to overturn this case it was legit now I can throw the book at Trump” they have had over a week to verify if this is true or just some moron like those who claim they work for Nintendo “I know when the new Nintendo switch is going to come out my uncle works for Nintendo” kind of garbage you find online
Maybe it’s the cynic in me, but this sounds like a convenient way to put Trump through another stupid trial to take him off the campaign trail.

I find it suspicious that very little has been written regarding comments by jurors involved in the Trump trial. I would think by now some would spill their guts for a few Benjamin’s.

What about the problem of not presenting evidence that the book-keeping log was actually wrong?
I agree. A face-saving move to get them out of this mess, in which Trump has raised a half billion dollars and has soared in the polls since this travesty of justice.

Judge Juan is TOTALLY EVIL! This seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

I would thank God if he made no more criminals.
Before we get our hopes up, please let me explain what I see happening based on just these few facts:
The defense will ask for an evidentiary hearing on the issue of jury misconduct,
The judge will grant the hearing,
The lawyers on both sides will interview the jurors,
All jurors will deny the story,
The judge may, altho probably will not, order an in court interview process under oath,
All jurors will deny misconduct,
The author of the post, if he is found, will say it was a hoax,
The judge will find the story is false, and deny any motion for a mistrial.
Sorry, but I have occupied all these role over the past 50+ years. I would agree with the judge’s ruling, based upon the facts as presented here.

Why are they leaving out the first part of the post
“Thank you for all of your hard work against the MAGA crazies”.
I'm sure they are being courted ... maybe Merchan told them to lay low until sentencing.
