That does SEEM old but we have friends still flying their own planes at that age..pass the flight physicals with no problems. They know they SHOULD give it up but can’t seem to do it. My husband’s health made him have to give it up...sad day but common sense won out...

Mustang? My husband (we) had a flight operation at John Wayne Airport in OC and loved the sound of that plane. Everyone ran out of the hangars when they heard one coming in or leaving. My husband said he could have bought one cheap when he was in the AF at McClellan AFB in the last ‘50’s and kicked himself for not doing it....
