I am preparing s paper for my sociology class on the subject of why gay men lisp. I have posted inquiries on numerous forums that may have participants who could give insight into this subject. Is this a genetic trait as a side property of the natural predisposition to be gay? Or is it something about the habits of gay men that causes it? Perhaps, it is cultural - a way for gay men to let other gay men know that they are gay. Please give me your input. Please, no jokes.
