Electronic mail, voicemail and text messages have broken boundaries in the office and made it easier for people to flirt, a survey has found.Researchers questioned 221 workers and found that 31 per cent had experienced "physical and emotional" intimacy with someone in the office. Belgium ranked behind Italy, France and Spain in the art of flirting, which a study by GM Daewoo Europe evaluated according to six characteristics: sensitivity, humour, romanticism, tenderness, vigilance and responsiveness. Special 'flirt carriages' have been created on underground trains in Vienna for a Valentine's Day promotion. Passengers sitting in the front carriage of each train are being encouraged to flirt with each other.
