    Huaxi Village in Jiangsu Province, which was once touted by the Chinese regime as “China’s richest village,” is in financial trouble. Experts believe the situation reveals the corruption among the elite. Huaxi Group, the company which is collectively owned by the village and its residents, and has many sub-companies and listed companies, has a debt load of 40 billion yuan (about $6.17 billion) and some Chinese media claim that it is bankrupt.     The Museum of the Confederacy will move from its location near Virginia Commonwealth University in downtown Richmond, where it is shrouded by construction, new buildings and VCU's Medical College.     S. Waite Rawls III, the museum's executive director, said the museum will vacate its spot at 1201 E. Clay St. but that the White House of the Confederacy will remain where it is.     A new site for the museum has not been determined.
