    The Israeli military said Sunday it struck two Syrian army posts with artillery fire after rockets from the war-torn country landed in Israeli-controlled territory.     Mass rioting has broken out in a southern Moscow district after a mixed crowd of nationalists and locals attacked a warehouse run by migrants and natives of the Caucasus.
