Gov. Paul LePage is hinting that he'll call a special legislative session this fall to bring up an undisclosed issue, but says it will "push the envelope." The Republican governor's comments were recorded at a GOP event in Bangor on Wednesday night and appeared Thursday in political columnist Mike Tipping's blog.
