<p>It appears that a judge Nakazato is attempting to steal this case from the original judge Carter without even following the procedural filings to do so. Typically motions have to be filed to inform the plaintiffs that a new judge is being assigned. Then the parties have to repspond etc. Apprently the new judge appeared out of thin air and said:" OK. I'm the new judge."</p>
