An FBI agent who shot a fellow passenger onboard a Washington, DC, Metro train line in December was arrested on Tuesday for attempted murder, prosecutors announced. Eduardo Valdivia was indicted with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, use of a firearm and reckless endangerment charges, Montgomery County Circuit Court records show.
