Notorious fraudster William Rivers Pitt has posted yet another false "scoop" at the Democratic Underground. No, nothing yet about Karl Rove being indicted. That was guaranteed in his May 2006 "scoop" and we are still waiting 24 business hours for this mythical event to materialize. This time around Pitt posted a "scoop" about TurboTax supposedly being hacked. One little problem; it wasn't true. And a TurboTax spokesperson even posted on Pitt's thread about the truth of the matter due to the misinformation spread on the Web by Pitt's veracity challenged "scoop." One fringe benefit is that Pitt has once again...

The denizens of DU have another thread running, it just gets better!Just a few choice bits here, I'm not gonna post a link to DU, but it's not hard to find.

What is best in life? Well, experiencing Tuesday night's meltdown at Democratic Underground is certainly nowhere near the top of the list, but it was halfway entertaining--for a Tuesday night. Below are the greatest hits from a night filled with intense rage, frustration, more rage, sadness and confusion among users at the interactive leftist website. FLyellowdog: "This whole election is leaving me with some very scary feelings. And I'm simply sick…physically sick ... and emotionally drained." sammy750: "The GOP is the biggest scandal of the century. Huge voter suppression and fixing the voting machines so they didn't register right. The...

Dan from Squirrel Hill's Blog Democratic Underground banned someone for making the following post about Obamacare A crazy person who lives in my apartment building recently made the following post at Democratic Underground:Harry Reid exempts some of his Senate staff from Obamacare exchangeshttp://news.yahoo.com/harry-reid-exempts-some-of-his-senate-staff-from-obamacare-exchanges-192925037.htmlHarry Reid exempts some of his Senate staff from Obamacare exchangesOne of the biggest public supporters of the Affordable Care Act has reportedly decided that some of his staff should be exempted from the new law.CNN reports that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is the only top congressional leader to exempt some of his staff from having to buy...

Skinner has created a new website, discussionist.com, that is supposed to be open to all, unlike DU. Civility, or the lack thereof, is the criterion for hiding a post, not political position. I just joined up so I don't know about the criterion for banning, if any. At any rate, I hadn't been on for 30 seconds before I was invited to join a jury. I voted to left the post stay, but was outvoted 5-2. Anyway, when you're caught up on the discussions here, maybe you might like to introduce some logic and facts into the discussions over there....

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10024245263 The Battle of the Sexes has been raging lately in DUmmieland. The angry DUmmie women (is there any other kind?) have been accusing the men--all men--of being sexist and misogynist and potential rapists. Some of the DUmmie men have dared to defend themselves, but in vain. Political correctness must win out, at all costs. Well, guess who feels left out? The LSMFT community, i.e., the Lezbo Sodomite Masochist Fag Transangered community. There must be Fifty Shades of Gay, and they all want to have their say. You see, in DUmmieland, to be fair, the Battle of the Sexes must...

It’s the end of the year which means for about the next two months, families will be getting together for holiday festivities. To most people, November and December are something to look forward to but to the perpetually unhappy souls over at Democratic Underground, the holidays are a time of torment. Besides the sheer horror that Thanksgiving is to those of the vegan persuasion, many DUers have conservative-leaning relatives who aren’t afraid to speak their ideologically diverse opinions. Things are made even worse by the fact that many of the tender lambs might also be exposed to the propaganda filth...

DUmmieland's expert on incoherence has declared Obama's Syria speech to be incoherent. Yes, WILLIAM RIVERS PITT has weighed in and declared Barack Obama's speech on Syria to be incoherent as you can see in his thread, That was pretty goddamned incoherent, frankly. For once, Mama Raven, can relax because I won't be slamming Sonny Boy this time around since he is correct in his analysis. You know what they say about a broken clock being right twice a day. Anyway, Pitt was quite disappointed in Obama's speech as you can see. So let us now watch Pitt slam Obama's...

What a bunch of hypocrites, I'm sure.

To say that the Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, and other progressive sites have carried the water for Obama since he emerged on the national stage is a drastic understatement. They've covered up lies, downplayed scandals, accused Republicans of everything from rape to murder, and through it all declared Barack Obama as one of their greatest heroes. It takes a lot to turn the opinions of blinded sheep like these. And while they have yet to awaken to who the President really is, the NSA scandal and the government's stance on Edward Snowden has started to make them hate the man...

"Dedicated to the heavenly statistician God from the NY Times who for months swore Obama was going to win..with a 91% probability"

Always good to get a reality check now and then to help put things back in perspective. if you feel the need because maybe the postings here have gotten to you for one reason or another, take a second and go over to DU and browse their latest threads awhile. You'll see some real weird and strange over there, that makes any problems/issues you've got here, a lot smaller.

Per the Feb. 7, 2012 Pakistan Independent (see first link below), "The current LDS First Presidency Statement of 1978 says specifically mentions Prophet Muhammad as one of ‘the great religious leaders of the world’ who received ‘a portion of God’s light….’” It would appear, therefore, that the Muslim world might be "happy" with either an Obama re-election or Mitt Romney. And, hey, why not? Just look at all the "ecumenical" outreach attempts with Islam made by Mormon leaders in the "ecumenical" link section listed below. For these past seven years, over a dozen Freepers have been faithful in posting the...

Last edited Thu Apr 19, 2012, 04:44 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) For fifteen years, the Wizard of the cesspool FreeRepublic has been beyond adamant that his little sewer would never -never- adopt an advertising, pay, or membership model. Well, what have we here? ... the beginning of the end? One can but hope. "Alternatives to donor based, ie, freepathon business model" April 19, 2012 | Jim Robinson Posted on Thursday, April 19, 2012 16:22:35 by Jim Robinson I've checked with an ad agency.
