MARTINEZ -- A 22-year-old Martinez woman is in police custody after allegedly having Internet correspondence with someone who solicited sex from her and her 4-year-old daughter in exchange for $500, police said. Shannon Nicole Woods, of the 200 block of Thistle Circle, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of offering a minor under 16 for lewd and lascivious acts. She is being held on $50,000 bail, said Martinez police detective Sgt. Gary Peterson.
