I lament the hhttp://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/04/07/AR2007040701398.html?hpid=topnews against mayor Giuliani regarding Bernard Kerik's accusations of mafia ties, lack of ethics, etc. They are simple allegations. Nothing else. Take a look at the weak accusations made on Kerik, only because he was Giuliani's friend: 1-questionable financial deals, 2-ethics violation 3-allegations of mismanagement 4-a top deputy prosecuted for corruption. 5-friendship with a businessman who was linked to organized crime. Let's tackle each of these accusations: 1) questionable by who? questionable does not mean illegal. 2)ethics violation: So what?
