I took this video of Kiki, my 18 month old Australian Shepherd, moments after I told her President Trump was leading the field of 2024 presidential candidates by double digits. This was her response.

Elizabeth Taylor was an intelligent and sizzling goddess of the silver screen in The Golden Age of Hollywood. (Please click the red link below the above title for word art and prose showing and examining how appealing she was.) Marriage liberated her sexually. She wasn't perfect. She was human. Indian police have claimed rats are behind the disappearance of around 440lbs of cannabis that had been held in police stations after being seized from drug dealers. A court in Uttar Pradesh state was told that rats had apparently eaten through the entire haul of drugs when it asked police to provide it as evidence. 'Rats are tiny animals and they have no fear of the police. It's difficult to protect the drug from them,' the court said, according to BBC News.

Sorry for yet another vanity, but I've not found any publication that has hit on this idea: build a bus station at each gap in the southern border wall.

When was the last time you took Alka Seltzer? I'm not talking about the cold and flu medicine, but the good old tried and true Alka Seltzer that's been around since 1931.Yesterday I ate some nachos. With jalapenos. Lots of jalapenos. Used to be - this was not a problem with me. But today I've had a sour stomach and indigestation. Plop plop, fizz fizz. Oh what a relief it is.Taking two Alka Seltzer immediately solved my problem. Sometimes (oftentimes) the old remedies work best.Enjoy these old commercials you grew up with. The best commerical ever.

After years of wondering what caused the last couple of generations of kids to start speaking in such an irritating manner, like silly children, I finally made a short audio recording with an overview of the bad speech habits of young people and brief advice for breaking those habits.
  • I hit a deer today with my car

Well it finally happened. After decades of commuting to work during the dawn and dusk hours of the day through heavily wooded areas, this morning, my automobile struck a deer. I always looked forward to seeing the deer during my commutes, usually standing around in meadows and fields, sometimes crossing the road in front of me. Always took care to avoid them when I could, though I did have a close call here and there when one hurtled across the road right in front of me. This morning was different. I was near the Easton/Westport line in Connecticut on a...
