The entire government of the US is corrupt. It has been weaponized against Republicans and the worst part is, there's almost nothing we can do about it. The Durham Report was released yesterday. While it found any number of wrongdoings, there is no recourse to remedy it. Crossfire Hurricane was opened without a predicate and FISA warrants were obtained on a false basis. Hillary Clinton fabricated the phony Russian dossier and Obama and Biden were briefed about it so they could take steps to protect Clinton's skullduggery. James Comey killed off two Clinton investigations- one into the fraudulent Clinton Foundation...

Almost none of the reports about Thursday's conviction of four Proud Boys members mentioned the fact that the far-right group was riddled with FBI informants. But his king od law enforcement collusion with the far right is a profound threat to democracy. The news that four members of the far-right organization the Proud Boys were just convicted for seditious conspiracy, including their former leader Enrique Tarrio, has made the rounds this week. But if you only tuned in to the proceedings a few days ago to read about the verdict, there's something you almost certainly haven't heard: that both Tarrio...

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Friday that former President Donald Trump's presidency would be a "horror show" if he were re-elected because his former boss lacks the "discipline" as well as the "ability for strategic thinking" needed to get things done. "It is a horror show, you know, when… he's left to his own devices," Barr said in remarks at the City Club of Cleveland in Ohio on Friday. "If you believe in his policies, what he's advertising is his policies, he's the last person who could actually execute them and achieve them," Barr said to a reporter who...

At least one Proud Boys member on trial for the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol had a previously-concealed FBI informant set to appear as a witness in their case, a defense attorney said Wednesday. Former Proud Boys national chairman Enrique Tarrio and members Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Dominic Pezzola are all on federal trial after being accused in a June 2022 indictment of conspiring “to oppose the lawful transfer of presidential power by force.” The government revealed Wednesday that a witness scheduled to appear in the defense case Thursday had been an FBI confidential human...

Garland's trip was not disclosed "for security reasons."

Boston, Mass., Feb 23, 2023 / 15:40 pm The Department of Justice has charged eight pro-life advocates in Michigan with violations against the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, also known as the FACE Act. The charges come amid a wave of FACE Act charges from the Biden DOJ that have targeted several pro-life activists across the nation, including the recently exonerated sidewalk counselor and Catholic father of seven Mark Houck. The FACE Act prohibits “violent, threatening, damaging, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.” The...

In the last couple of days, I’ve written about how FBI Director Christopher Wray admitted that his agency concluded “quite some time ago” that the COVID virus escaped from a Wuhan, China virology lab, and how “sources” recently told the Washington Post that FBI agents were against the August 2022 raid on former President’s Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. What’s the commonality between the two stories? They both make the FBI look better, and they both indicate that Wray might be playing a game of CYA and distancing himself from the dictatorial, partisan Attorney General, Merrick Garland.

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) was hit with a ransomware attack, the agency said in a statement. It was a “Major Incident,” one that could endanger the safety of the nation. The incident occurred on February 17, and “officials determined that it constitutes a major incident,” according to an agency spokesperson. Ransomware is malware that locks up computer systems until a “ransom” is paid to unlock the system. “Shortly after that discovery, the USMS disconnected the affected system, and the Department of Justice initiated a forensic investigation,” according to the spokesperson. “The affected system contains law enforcement sensitive information,...

The court-ordered release of a trove of government photos, videos, maps and other documents involving the FBI’s secretive search for Civil War-era gold has a treasure hunter more convinced than ever of a coverup — and just as determined to prove it. Dennis Parada waged a legal battle to force the FBI to turn over records of its excavation in Dents Run, Pennsylvania, where local lore says an 1863 shipment of Union gold disappeared on its way to the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia. The FBI, which went to Dents Run after sophisticated testing suggested tons of gold might be buried...

Slain DHS whistleblower declared a criminal and remains under investigation by Customs and Border Protection for “contraband” and possible U.S. Code violations. Tuesday February 21 marks three years since Philip Haney was “found deceased” in Amador County, California, killed by a gunshot to the chest. The victim, 66, was not the typical Sierra foothills resident. A UC Riverside alum, Philip Haney once worked as an agricultural entomologist in the Middle East, where he studied Arabic and the Quran. With that background, Haney seemed a good fit for the Department of Homeland Security, but it didn’t turn out that way. Philip...

Isn’t the FBI’s reputation with much of the public already far enough in the toilet without tossing something like this onto the bonfire? A recently leaked internal FBI memo from their Richmond office warned agents about the lurking danger of “radical traditionalist Catholic ideology” (RTC ideology). The document spoke of “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremism,” suggesting that anyone who prefers to attend traditional Latin mass is somehow prone to racism or xenophobia and violence or whatever. Oh, and they allegedly also tend to be anti-Semites, so they’re probably out there attacking synagogues. Honestly… you just can’t make this stuff...

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEWednesday, January 25, 2023The Justice Department announced today that it has concluded there is reasonable cause to believe that the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections (LDOC) routinely confines people in its custody past the dates when they are legally entitled to be released from custody, in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. Specifically, the department concluded that: 1) LDOC denies individuals’ due process rights to timely release from incarceration; 2) LDOC’s failure to implement adequate policies and procedures causes systemic overdetentions; and 3) LDOC is deliberately indifferent to the systemic overdetention of people in its custody. For...

The FBI will search Mike Pence’s Indiana home for classified documents, the Wall Street Journal reported. The Justice Department is in talks with Mike Pence’s lawyers to conduct the search. Last Tuesday it was reported that a “small number of documents bearing classified markings” were discovered at former Vice President Mike Pence’s Carmel, Indiana home. According to CNN, Mike Pence had one of his lawyers search his residence for classified materials “out of an abundance of caution.” "Vice President Pence was unaware of the existence of sensitive or classified documents at his personal residence,” Pence’s rep. Greg Jacob wrote. “Vice...

Today, the heroes are few and outnumbered as the FBI has become the enforcement arm of the Democratic Party, which is the party of government. Who knew, only a few short years ago, that staring in our faces in 2023 would be the crisis posed by the title of this essential guide to the politics of our times: The Fall of the FBI: How a Once Great Agency Became a Threat to Democracy, by former 33-year veteran FBI Agent Thomas Baker? Having followed his insightful columns on the FBI in the Wall Street Journal, I was excited to read Baker’s...

The GOP House can stop the project and rein in a runaway bureau. The federal government is proceeding with plans to build a new FBI headquarters complex twice the size of the Pentagon building. Riveted into the colossal new project are woke regulations to ensure that the FBI center will comply with diversity, equity, LGBTQ+, and climate change political goals. The plan, unveiled last September, has received little attention. For years the FBI has sought to vacate its present headquarters, a brutalist concrete bunker on stilts and occupying two city blocks between the White House and the Capitol. Plans for...

If this is how the FBI moves with dispatch, it is chilling to think of the schedule for lower-priority matters. The FBI waited to conduct their search until both counsel and the president went to the house. They will now see if they can find anything. The search of the president's small Delaware beach house is also telling in that it sits roughly 80 miles from a massive trove of Biden documents that neither counsel nor the FBI has shown much interest in. The University of Delaware is currently holding a colossal collection of Biden documents from the time before...

It’s a story as old as time. Something bad happens and completely unexpectedly, it turns out the FBI was involved. Sure enough, despite years of the left dismissing the possibility as a conspiracy theory, a new legal filing serves as an admittance that the FBI was very much involved in the events of January 6th. Ironically, we are finding that out because the government is once again trying to cover up exactly what happened. Regarding the case of Proud Boy Ethan Nordean, federal prosecutors are asking a judge to limit defense questions on the matter. ... JUST IN: Proud Boy...
