    Did the number of people who voted in the November 3, 2020 general election equal the number of ballots cast? A recent research study by the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) says the records that would answer the question do not exist. Records are supposed to be maintained to determine how many people have voted in an election and how many ballots have been cast.
