PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd says he sympathises with US President Barack Obama's decision to delay his visit to Australia for three days. Mr Rudd, in Brisbane for talks with Queensland Premier Anna Bligh on the Government's health reform agenda, said Mr Obama had his own problems with health reform. President Obama was set to visit Canberra for an address to Parliament on March 23, although full details of his trip had not been released. He was also scheduled to visit Guam and Indonesia, accompanied by his wife and children.
