    Oscar-winning Titanic composer James Horner has created a new theme for CBS Evening News With Katie Couric, which will debut September 5. The network declined to release a snippet of the music Wednesday. "It's memorable when you hear it, and it feels like it fits us," said Rome Hartman, executive producer of CBS Evening News.
