Carmel, Nov. 16 - It was an intimate and astonishing financial portrait of former Conseco chairman Stephen Hilbert, who told a judge that apart from his $25 million mansion and $5 million in personal property, he's broke. The former Conseco CEO was once the highest paid executive in America at over $100 million a year.
