Retribution? IRS agent who blew whistle on Biden family given ultimatum: accept demotion or leave

The IRS portrayed the ultimatum as part of a diversity program for “development of future leaders” but Gary Shapley's lawyer alleges it is retaliation.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, whose testimony to Congress changed the course of the Biden family corruption case and resulted in Hunter Biden’s felony convictions, has been given an ultimatum from his agency: accept a forced transfer, a demotion or leave the agency, according to correspondence reviewed by Just the News.

In a letter dated Oct. 15, Shapley was given three options for his future at the IRS: leave his post as a supervisory special agent in Chicago and accept a job as a senior analyst in Washington, accept a pay cut and demotion to criminal investigator or resign/retire. The letter was delivered to Shapley this week, according to his lawyer.

"You must indicate your intent by selecting one of the three options below. Please sign, date, and return this document to your manager and me no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this notice,” the letter to Shapley read.

The IRS portrayed the ultimatum as part of a diversity program for “development of future leaders” and “the continued growth, success and sustainability of our organization.”

“The mobility of our leaders will showcase diversity of thought, breadth of experience, and technical and interpersonal expertise for a successful future,” the letter stated.

The rule of law does not exist within the Biden administration. Trump would need three additional terms in office to restore it. There is good reason why rational, decent Americans have no faith in government.

What a shocker!

Hope no one thinks an incoming Trump admin can root out these committed bastards very quickly.

Democrats punishing their enemies, while rewarding friends, i.e. Lois Lerner.
Federal employees who face retaliation after blowing the whistle at their agencies are entitled not just to back pay, a federal court has ruled, but also financial compensation for the loss of potential future wages.

The new precedent, set by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Perlick v. Veterans Affairs Department, establishes that federal whistleblowers can receive compensatory damages if their firings caused harm to their earning capacities in the future. Those workers do not have to prove they had guaranteed jobs lined up, but rather can merely show the reprisal they faced caused defamation that hurt their chances at some future employment. With the Biden Gang in charge, this whistleblower may want to take the money and walk away, if not run away. There is much worse that could happen to him besides demotion, but it would be best to cut ties with this sort of employment.
The bond of trust and accountability has been broken.
If they don’t ruin him now. they can always do it later.

With considerably less experience than Kamalahaha at Mickey D's.

If elected Trump should have a busy time just cleaning up innocent lives destroyed by fjb’s administration. But then there are the dead innocents that can’t be brought back. There needs to be retribution for those.

But we pay these judgements not the scumbags that commit the acts. Take it from their pensions.

When Trump get in then he can re-instate Gary Shapley, and fire who ever did this to him. But will he?
