Nearly 400 children have been rescued and 348 adults arrested following an expansive and “extraordinary” international child pornography investigation, Canadian police announced Thursday. Thomas Faucher, a longtime priest in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise who pleaded guilty to five felony crimes, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison without parole and will be required to register as a sex offender. CHICAGO (CBS) — New video shows a child porn suspect being brought to justice after an international manhunt. CBS 2’s Dana Kozlov has the exclusive report. 34-year-old Raul Reisenberg is no longer a fugitive. He is back in Lake County jail after U.S. Marshals and members of the Great Lakes Regional Task Force tracked him down in a two-year, international manhunt. “I’m innocent,” said Reisenberg, when he was asked what he has to say about the charges. An employee of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has been charged with distributing child pornography online, the district attorney’s office announced Tuesday. Carlos Enrique Castillo, 54, faces five felony counts of distributing child pornography and one felony count of possession of over 600 images of child or youth pornography, according to the criminal complaint.
