HYDE PARK – Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton was presented by her mother, Secretary of State and former First Lady Hillary Clinton, with the Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill Medal for her contributions to education and children’s welfare. The medals will be bestowed during a ceremony starting at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site, 106 Val-Kill Park Road, Hyde Park.
