GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A North Carolina State House of Representatives member who represents Guilford County has been arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes. According to court records, Cecil Antonio Brockman, 41, a Democrat who serves District 60 in Guilford County, was arrested on Wednesday for two counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of statutory rape of someone 13-15. Brockman’s legislative assistant has been reached for comment.
