CBS News is halting its activity on Twitter over Elon Musk’s turbulent and potentially devastating moves following his takeover of the company. “In light of the uncertainty around Twitter and out of an abundance of caution, CBS News is pausing its activity on the social media site as it continues to monitor the platform,” Jonathan Vigliotti, CBS News national correspondent, said in a report about the latest chaos at the company on the “CBS Evening News” Friday.

To this day, Jake insists his mind was not his own when he set out to kill Dr. Michael Weiss at his office on Nov. 12, 2012. Jacob Nolan interview with "48 Hours" Jake Nolan speaks out to "48 Hours" correspondent Peter Van Sant. CBS NEWS Jake Nolan: There's never gonna be a night I don't fall asleep feeling awful for what I've done. Jake Nolan: The knife was in my pocket. One of the most watched news shows in the country aired the rantings of a George Soros-funded organization that vilified free speech on social media just two days before Election Day. CBS’s 60 Minutes dedicated at least 522 seconds of airtime during its Nov. 6 show to the fear-mongering of Center for Humane Technology (CHT) co-founder Tristan Harris, two days before the Nov. 8 midterm elections. Soros’ Foundation to Promote Open Society funded Harris’s group with a $1 million grant in 2020, which CBS conveniently chose not disclose. Soros-funded groups financed to the tune of at least $80,233,084 have been...

The mother of the Capitol Police officer who died the day after the January 6 riot is featured in a political ad where she blames “people like” Arizona’s Republican gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake for her son’s death, but in response, Lake offered her empathy. In the ad, funded by the Republican Accountability Project, Gladys Sicknick calls Lake “very dangerous for our country” and directly blamed “people like” Lake for her son Brian’s death. Sicknick died a day after the riot, and his death was ultimately determined to be from natural causes as he suffered a series of strokes. A CBS...

Blaming Conservatives For The Attack On Pelosi Is A Cynical Effort To Chill SpeechThe left’s insistence that every conservative personally “condemn” the actions of the mentally ill man who attacked Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul has nothing to do with lowering the rhetorical temperature or averting violence, and everything to do with trying to compel Republicans to take responsibility for the incident.Forget the ugly, transparent cynicism of partisans like Joe Scarborough or David Frum or Bill Kristol. Take The Washington Post, which ran a triple-bylined, reported piece headlined, “Attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband follows years of GOP demonizing her.” “Years of...

So this deranged, far left CBS anchor is losing her mind because a GOP congressman Tom Emmer made a tweets saying, “Fire Pelosi” when he he was at a shooting range. exercising his 2nd amendments rights. Well Tom Emmer was having none of it. He swftly brought in when Steve Scalise was shot by a crazy Bernie Sanders supporter and asked the anchor if CBS then condemned all Democrats for that shooting.Greg Foreman (Black Conservative Perspective) then proceeded to show videos of all these top Democrats from Pelosi to Hilary Clinton to Dementia Joe calling for violence and insurrection agianst...

CBS’s Sunday Morning started off with their anchor Jane Pauley fearmongering that if Republicans win in the 2022 midterm elections, “democracy” could end in the United States. Plugging an upcoming segment by correspondent Robert Costa, Pauley fretted that “the very future of our democracy” is on the ballot in 2022. “This past summer, it was looking like the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade might offer an opportunity to the party in power, the Democrats. But a more recent issue, inflation, could very well rule the day. And favor Republicans,” Pauley bemoaned. Kicking off his report, Costa cried...

Democratic consultant and political commentator James Carville said Monday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that the Democratic party needs to stop listening to “elite coastal people” who push identity politics. Thursday on MSNBC, former Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean said, “I’ll make this prediction right now. We’ll pick up two to three in the Senate and pick up the House. We will pick up seats in the House and not lose them.”

A balanced focus group on CBS's "Face the Nation" Sunday morning surely didn't go quite as producers expected when the Democrat and the independent voter both found themselves agreeing with the Republican on key issues, including "woke culture" in schools. The discussion, moderated by anchor Margaret Brennan, started off pretty tame and predictable, with participants describing the effects of a sputtering economy, inflation, and high gas prices on their own lives. But when the topic turned to raising children in America, even Brennan seemed surprised by the level of agreement. What are your biggest concerns about raising children in America...

It’s the interview Democrats are talking about. Mark Finchem, who’s running for Secretary of State in Arizona, has committed to securing the state’s elections. How? He’s committed to election transparency, integrity, and ensuring that the rule of law is followed. During a 1 hour interview with CBS, Finchem announced that a Democrat whistleblower came forward about “35,000 manufactured votes.” To be clear, Biden allegedly won Arizona by a mere 10,000 votes. If 35,000 votes were truly manufactured for Democrats, then President Trump would have won the state. Here’s the clip that has Democrats shaking in their boots:

As drug legalization groups and the cannabis industry lobby to legalize cannabis across the United States, with initiatives to legalize marijuana on the November ballot in five more states, many experts warn this will only increase the physical and mental harm from the unregulated, high-potency cannabis. President of the American Board of Pain Medicine and a vice president of the International Academy on the Science and Impacts of Cannabis, Dr. Ken Finn, said high potency cannabis use is being linked to poisonings in young children, as well as psychosis and schizophrenia in an increasing number of regular users. “A lot...

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro continues to hold a double-digit lead in the race for Governor, according to a new Muhlenberg College/Morning Call poll. The poll found Shapiro with 53% support, consistent with a CBS/YouGov poll released earlier this month. A Trafalgar Poll also released in September showed just a two point lead for Shapiro. With Mastriano receiving 42%, only four percent of voters in the Muhlenberg poll said they were undecided or would support a third party candidate. Shapiro also held an 18 point lead over Mastriano in favorable rating with a near mirror image of support: 31 percent...

CBS News on Sunday lowered its projection of a Republican House majority after the midterms as Democrats see glimmers of hope to salvage their standing in November’s elections. The network’s model, managed alongside YouGov, continues to predict Republicans will flip Democrats’ razor-thin majority in the House, but CBS now estimates Republicans will win 223 seats, down from 226 in August and 230 in July.

CBS News, a far-left propaganda outlet that spreads lies and conspiracy theories, is deliberately deceiving its readers about the reported motive behind the hit-and-run murder of an 18-year-old North Dakota man. In the immediate wake of His Fraudulency Joe Biden declaring 65 million Trump supporters threats to America, 41-year-old Shannon Brandt deliberately ran down teenager Cayler Ellingson over a “political argument,” according to police reports. Police add that on the 911 call, Brandt accused the teenager of being “part of a Republican extremist group and [Brandt claimed] that he was afraid they were ‘coming to get him.'”

CLAIM: “A Republican investigation … uncovered no wrongdoing by then-Vice President Biden” regarding Hunter Biden. VERDICT: MOSTLY FALSE. That investigation found Joe Biden had conflicts of interest and likely misled the public. President Joe Biden sat down Sunday with CBS News’ Scott Pelley on 60 Minutes for his first media interview since the Super Bowl in February. He again denied any wrongdoing by his son, saying nothing Hunter Biden had done affected him or the country. That claim is very much in doubt, but Pelley appeared to lend weight to it by claiming, erroneously: “Congress investigated Hunter Biden’s job with...

Democrat John Fetterman holds a five-point lead over Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania’s race for U.S. Senate, according to a poll. The CBS/YouGov released Wednesday shows that 47 percent of registered voters back Oz, a celebrity doctor, while 52 percent support Fetterman, the state’s lieutenant governor. Another one percent remain undecided. The candidates evenly split the independent demographic, with both garnering 49 percent of the response, but Fetterman is doing better with Democrats than Oz is doing with Republicans. Of Democrat participants, 95 percent say they support Fetterman, and 87 percent of Republicans back Oz, who has former President...

Americans are flocking to the coasts faster than ever before. And with much of the nation's priciest properties already concentrated near shorelines, this puts more people and buildings at risk from the kind of extreme storms and flooding linked to climate change. But for many communities across the U.S. the toll is likely to go far beyond physical damage. Rising sea levels could have a knock-on effect, making certain areas unlivable long before they're uninhabitable, effectively creating zombie towns, according to a new analysis from nonprofit environmental group Climate Central that looks at the financial impact of sea-level rise over...

An important anniversary [is today]. This anniversary carries implications for how we receive news, how political campaigns are conducted, and the credibility of almost everything we see or hear from the media. On September 8, 2004, CBS’s “60 Minutes” used forged government documents as the basis for a story that attacked the military record of then-President George W. Bush. It was bad enough that CBS used forged government documents, but what made it worse was that CBS aired this story during the presidential election and timed the airing to coincide with the rollout of Democrat John Kerry’s “favorite son” campaign theme....
