“Without God, there is no virtue, because there’s no prompting of the conscience. Without God, we’re mired in the material, that flat world that tells us only what the senses perceive. Without God, there is a coarsening of the society. And without God, democracy will not and cannot long endure. If we ever forget that we’re one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”

You got that right. The materialists here would have us think that it's "science" that tells us the earth isn't flat. Without God and the Bible, "science" would probably still have us thinking that, along with all the other godless myths they advocate (like global warming and evolutionism).

ALL modern-day eugenics is directly related to Darwinian and Malthusian principles.

Exactly - and this proves that evolution (and all its offshoots: eugenics, Naziism, Communism, quantum mechanics, global warming, abortion, old earth theory, liberalism, etc.) is a LIE! The Good Lord would not author such confusion or lead humans into such a dubious decision process. This comes from the Dark One! One should not be deceived, and risk the wrath of God.

Yes, Christ had the most to say about it.

Still you hear absolute IDIOTS, tell you that “hell is a state of mind”. LOL!

It’s a place and it is real.

Absolutely. The Bible is 100% accurate and cannot be questioned. Simple logic leads one to that conclusion. Anyone who thinks that the Bible is NOT 100% accurate isn't using logic.

Hell is where those who stand by man's logic, instead of the Bible's (and God's) logic go.

The archives and our memories are all here, intact, and there is no need or desire on our part to revist the filth and foul mouthed lunacy spread around here for years by your fellow "scientists".

Darwinists are scientists in title only. The truth is, if deference is not given to the proven facts in God's Word, then one is not doing science. Science cannot ignore facts, and anyone who defies the Bible cannot rightfully carry the title of "scientist". Nothing is more "foul-mouthed" then the denigration of the Lord and his Creation. The Bible is quite clear on how such people should be dealt with, and they should not get a free pass either in science, or (equally importantly) this site.

NewLand, I for one am glad you're here to help Jim Robinson identify these sleaze-balls, as you accurately state, to make FreeRepublic (and hence America and the Internet) a better place.

Nonsense! Conservapedia is one of the most well-reasoned, logical and reliable new sites on the internet. It's only a matter of time before the (much better-researched) information there supplants the liberal anti-God Wikipedia as the first place good Christian Americans look for sound information!

Conservapedia doesn't suffer from the censorship of alternative (and generally more reliable) ideas the way Wikipedia does. God Bless the brilliant Andy Schlafly for starting this site, and smacking it to lib historians and godless scientists (who incidentally know about a tenth of what he and his staff knows about anything.)

(The only sites that are probably better and wide-scoping are FreeRepublic and WorldNetDaily.)

Resty, I accept the BIBLE as the Word of God alone. And the Bible NEVER tells us to pray about it’s truthfulness. We don’t need to.

Amen! The Bible is the one True Word of God.

It is pure, sound reason that this Work, and this Work alone is the Voice of the Lord. Sensible men do not question it - for it is His, for all Eternity. QED

It is primarily for this reason that I personally (again, this is not my forum) would rather that idiotic bigoted hypocritical atheists (the adjectives being an inherent part of the definition of the noun) would vacate this forum and live out their meaningless lives elsewhere.

You are quite right - there is not an atheist alive who isn't idiotic, bigoted, and hypocritical - they are inherent in the very definition of the word. Their very choice to deny their Creator is an insult to those of us who appreciate Him. Men are free, but this freedom should not include the right to deny the source of our freedom, and it is high time society stopped tolerating their insolence!

I am glad the site owner explicitly agrees with your sentiment!

Get serious. Hasan certainly is a terrorist, but Charles Darwin wasn't. I would go so far as to say that it was opinions like yours that turned Darwin away from organized religion, but not away from his belief in a Creator.

Charles Darwin was WORSE than any terrorist - he turned future generations against the Creator, and totally ruined pure science - just look at the anti-God dreck that has passed for science over the last century!

    Sorry; an UNINFORMED one; maybe...

Exactly. No one can support the greatest scourge to science and humanity of the 20th Century (see my Post 1411) and be a "Good" Christian.

People think you can't be a Christian and be logical and reasonable - what they fail to realize is that the very definitions of logic and reason change from their conventional meanings when viewed through the worldview of one who has accepted Christ as his/her Savior - if only evolutionists realized that logic, filtered through the lens of Faith, "separates the wheat from the chaff" and puts together a consistent worldview, while casting off the "truths" Satan wants us to believe!

Atheist "logic" is far inferior to Creationist logic - just look at the results of the former compared to the Glory of the latter!

So, by your own admission, your only intent in posting to me was to provoke.

Thank you for providing such a fine example of evolutionist decorum.

By simple logic, their decorum says everything one needs to know about the "science" they post and link to.

Like I say, it's basically all over but the shouting. Evolution is a dead theory walking.

Amen to that! Jim, I'm glad you've come out and let good Americans know where FreeRepublic, a central stalwart of conservatism that reaches millions of people, officially stands on the issue!

Evolutionists (a.k.a. evolosers) have basically ruined modern science as we know it - you'll notice that it's pretty much engineers (and, in some cases, chemists) who carry technology forward - "science", the "peer-reviewed" type, has only smashed down new ideas and hasn't contributed anything positive for at least a century!

Left and right, top to bottom, the superior, more rigorous methodology of creation science has repeatedly debunked the nonsensical musing of evolutionists! Since the advent of Darwin's nonsense, "scientists" have been pushing silliness, like a "billions of year-old earth" (soft dinosaur tissue and rapid sedimentation disproves this), "radiometric dating" (falsely assumes physical 'constants'), "stars millions of light years away" (another attempt to push old-earth and Big Bang baloneyism; triangulation of distances only works to a few hundred light years, max), "quantum mechanical leaping" (the absurd debunked notion that particles are random and jump through walls), "plate tectonics" (completely discredited by Walt Brown's esteemed hydroplate theory), "special relativity" (the absurd notion that the divine nature of time can be adjusted to our whims against all common sense; even though general relativity holds up well), "lack of a universal center" (used to prop up the failed Big Bang theory, debunked by the superior theory of Russell Humphreys), "dinosaurs living millions of years ago" (which goes against the documented Biblical Fall of Man), "ignoring the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics" (which clearly states lizard to ape to man evolution can't happen), "mutations can add information" (a clear contradiction of the 2nd Law and observations of bacteria microevolution), "stellar nuclear/evolution theory" (which ignores the dominance of electromagnetic forces in the universe), the "Big Bang theory" (that an explosion came from nothing - retrograde planetary spin and angular momentum conservation rules this out) - - - - the list keeps going! These needlessly convoluted, distorted and complex theories are little more than an attempt to confuse and deceive - the Bible warns us of "science so falsely called" (1 Timothy 6:20-21):

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. " - 1 Corinthians 14:33

The advent of the 20th century, "The Century of Evolutionism" has brought us the rise of Communism and the two worst wars in World History - close to a billion deaths. Evolutionists are monsters who have no place in conservatism, let alone civilized society! Not only should they be shunned from conservatism, but it's time to take stronger action; Godly conservatives need to actively protest the scientific minority (i.e. University "science" departments) who still promote these dead theories. With continued diligence, I predict in a few years that, like their cousins, the Global Warming Alarmists, these scientists will be arrested for fraud and abuse of research funds, their welfare funding pulled, their ivory towers smashed, and new age of scientific advancement in the Spirit of the Creator will be upon us!

Amen! Amen! Thanks Jim, for posting this thread, and spearheading the movement in the right direction! To God Be the Glory!

My explanation involves contemporaneous animals from the region that match the description very closely. In both cases they are animals that would have been known to the neolithic and bronze aged tribesmen of the region. Your explanation requires suspension of disbelief in order to patch the hole in your Young Earth theory that the discovery of dinosaurs presents. How do you explain that there are no biblical references to either hippos or whales other than these? While you are at it, what is the ancient Hebrew word for "Nessie"?

    Leviathan:

Can you pull in the leviathan [a] with a fishhook or tie down his tongue with a rope?

2 Can you put a cord through his nose or pierce his jaw with a hook?

3 Will he keep begging you for mercy? Will he speak to you with gentle words?

4 Will he make an agreement with you for you to take him as your slave for life?

5 Can you make a pet of him like a bird or put him on a leash for your girls?

6 Will traders barter for him? Will they divide him up among the merchants?

7 Can you fill his hide with harpoons or his head with fishing spears?

8 If you lay a hand on him, you will remember the struggle and never do it again!

9 Any hope of subduing him is false; the mere sight of him is overpowering.

10 No one is fierce enough to rouse him. Who then is able to stand against me?

11 Who has a claim against me that I must pay? Everything under heaven belongs to me.

12 "I will not fail to speak of his limbs, his strength and his graceful form.

13 Who can strip off his outer coat? Who would approach him with a bridle?

14 Who dares open the doors of his mouth, ringed about with his fearsome teeth?

    15 His back has [b] rows of shields tightly sealed together;

16 each is so close to the next that no air can pass between.

17 They are joined fast to one another; they cling together and cannot be parted.

18 His snorting throws out flashes of light; his eyes are like the rays of dawn.

19 Firebrands stream from his mouth; sparks of fire shoot out.

20 Smoke pours from his nostrils as from a boiling pot over a fire of reeds.

21 His breath sets coals ablaze, and flames dart from his mouth.

22 Strength resides in his neck; dismay goes before him.

23 The folds of his flesh are tightly joined; they are firm and immovable.

24 His chest is hard as rock, hard as a lower millstone.

25 When he rises up, the mighty are terrified; they retreat before his thrashing.

26 The sword that reaches him has no effect, nor does the spear or the dart or the javelin.

27 Iron he treats like straw and bronze like rotten wood.

28 Arrows do not make him flee; slingstones are like chaff to him.

29 A club seems to him but a piece of straw; he laughs at the rattling of the lance.

30 His undersides are jagged potsherds, leaving a trail in the mud like a threshing sledge.

31 He makes the depths churn like a boiling caldron and stirs up the sea like a pot of ointment.

32 Behind him he leaves a glistening wake; one would think the deep had white hair.

33 Nothing on earth is his equal— a creature without fear.

34 He looks down on all that are haughty; he is king over all that are proud."

This chapter, every word, obviously describes a dinosaur. It took until the 1800s for clueless evos to discover dinosaurs - once again, the Bible and Creation Science beat evolutionists to the punch.

Is there anything that the evos can get right? You'd think all those billions of taxpayer funding used to prop up their false religion would reveal something actually correct that wasn't written in the Word first! (Seems like the little they do know was copycatted from creationists...)

There are Satanists who worship a literal Satan, and there are Satanists who worship what Satan stands for. Both are Satanic, and both are equally evil. One of my friends back in college tried to convert an atheistic Satanist over to objectivist atheism. This student was part of a Satanic ring on campus, which included several professors. The student told my friend that the atheistic Satanists identify with Satan, and are expected to spend the rest of their lives turning Judeo-Christian morality on its head. This same atheistic Satanist recounted how one of his Satanic professors used to tell him how he hated humanity and his own birth, and used to visualize all his students sitting in front of him as dead men’s bones. BTW, my friend ultimately became a theist as a result of his research in epigenetics! I’m not sure what ultimately happened to the Satanist, but it certainly was an eye-opener. But thanks for bringing it up, for your reply has reminded me to pray for that poor sinner’s sould.

I understand exactly where you're coming from - people don't understand how widespread the Satanist movement is in "intellectual" circles. I've known of several college professors myself I who suspect are knee-deep in the Satan-worshiping movement.

Thank God there are good Christians who fight against this decadent nonsense.

Humans invented the tests, so humans invented the interpretation of the tests, so the result can mean anything humans decide they mean. It’s not like when we arrived on earth we found an owner’s manual waiting for us with a chapter on interpreting tests that we humans developed.

We have such an "owner's manual"; it's called the Holy Bible, and it tells us exactly how our history should be interpreted. If a test made by mere humans shows "results" that differ from the default, infallible "owner's manual", well, then there's no need to look any deeper, because the tests are flawed.

Funny that Creation Scientists, who do research honestly, don't run into any of these "problems".

    Praise be to Him!

Why is this automatically assume to be a primate? It looks like a dinosaur fossil. Human ancestor, there needs to be a new word invented for that level of guessing. What a joke.

You hit the nail on the head - that fossil could be a lizard, a dinosaur, a big rodent, or just about anything with 4 legs and a tail.

Yet, we're supposed to believe "scientists" (read: ivory tower-indoctrinated overedumacated trust-fund-babies) have some special ability to see more in that "fossil" than we FReepers do.

    The sheer arrogance is astounding.
