In another thread, people are all excited about the temporary postponement of an income tax in Tennessee. I wonder if we should be so happy about recent events whereby local and state Republican majorities lower taxes while a Democrat-controlled national government increases them. Can someone help me find the text of one of Bishop Sheen's radio addresses? It was the one where he described how people have now replaced direction with speed: they don't know where they are headed so they start driving faster! I never heard the original address.
